Great quality massage
This is excellent. I’ve used this massage chair several times as is needed when I have back pain. It is great. The neck massage almost feels like a real person is working on your neck. It is easy to use, just plug into an outlet and use the hand control to set how you want it. It has multiple settings that can be changed easily. You can turn on heat which really feels good and can set different intensities of vibration. I prefer the massage and heat settings over the vibration. You can also put this in your car. I have not tried that just yet but plan to do when I have a long trip. Great product, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Buyer be aware
I used this product for less than an 8 hour work day. When the device is off the massager do not retract and puts a ton of pressure on your back. I was replacing my old chair massager for something that I thought was better and wasn’t. Not to mention it was a fraction of the cost and the massager retracted. My back STILL hurts and I removed it from my chair at least 6 hours ago. The neck massagers zipper is in a poor place and scratches neck. The vibration and heating was sufficient though. I do not recommend and I’m returning ASAP! Please keep in my I almost never do reviews but this was a must because it cost so much and is worthless.

It works when it’s on, It doesn’t when it’s off.
I work from home, sitting at my desk all day. The massager works great when I’m using it. I’m a Sign Language interpreter and it doesn’t affect my signing while it’s on, which is great. The heat is a good touch. The side flaps, and seat cushion ONLY vibrate and have no kneading massaging. It would’ve been nice if it did. My biggest problem is when it’s off and I’m not using it. It’s not very comfortable to just sit against and forces me to sit forward instead, which leads to strain on my back. It’s not something I can quickly take on and off the chair. Because it takes up quite a bit of space on the chair, I feel like I’m being pushed forward out of my chair, causing me to use my legs to constantly push back into the massager as it’s going, which doesn’t allow my legs and lower back to relax. I’ve only used it for an hour so far, so I’m trying to adjust and make it work.2.5 hours into using it on my work chair, I had to remove it. I don’t want it on the entire time I’m working, but it’s so uncomfortable to lean back on when it’s off. My back now hurts more than before.

Lowr back rollers never worked…
The neck massager workd fine but I cant get the the lower back massager to turn on at all. When I 1st plugged it in it went all the way up the back then down and ive not been able to get it to work since…. I tried switching modes, every button, changing plugs, turning off the neck massager nothing I do gets it to even try to start… dont know if its worth the money if you want a full back massage its an expensive neck massager….

Comfortable, strong back and neck massager
I really like this back massager. Its two rollers rotate back and forth on my back to give a massage. It also has a heating function. After each massage, I feel that the blood circulation in my back is very fast. Especially after taking a bath and having a massage before going to sleep, my entire back feels warm. Also, I always use a laptop and the strong massage at the neck is very good and relaxing.
