Great Product!
I initially acquired Bioheart to gain clarity on whether the irregular pulses I experienced held any significance. Product not useful, any exercise too much artifact and subscription stuff is not disclosed.
I am a physician and with exercise, just too much artifact to be halfway useful, fine for sitting at rest, or sleep, but a pain in the rear to have to review manually to find if any arrythmias are found, would have to pay ridiculous $25 bucks per month to get to record more than 50 snapshots, none of that are you informed about in the product description, nor in the included manual. For sure going to return.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Extremely easy to set up. App was very intuitive and instructions were clear. Monitor was easy to put on and surprisingly comfortable to wear. I often forgot I was wearing it. I take comfort that I now have awareness of and can track any changes to my heart rate and rhythm. I can’t wait to share this information with my doctor.

Good for wellness and athletes
I have been wearing various fitness trackers for the last decade. Bioheart is extraordinary. Most fitness trackers will give you an array of similar heart rate and activity statistics. That’s all great to have as a baseline for fitness. Bioheart takes it one step further to provide actual real-time ECG heart rhythm. That’s a couple layers deeper than just seeing your heart rate number. If you have a heart condition or a sport enthusiast who’s training toward the peak, this device is for you.When I train for a triathlon, I place my phone with the Biocare App on the treadmill or bike mount to keep my eyes on my real-time performance. When I don’t want to bring my phone, the monitor records continuously during my training and sync up with the App when I am done. On occasion when I feel my heart is stressed, I hit the event button to log beat-by-beat rhythm for later review. It can also generate stripes of data I can send to my doctor or trainer.This has changed my training regime such that I could push a little harder and know that the Bioheart is there to catch it. You could pay a lot more for a highend fitness tracker and get a lot less, or pay a reasonable price for the Bioheart and dig a little deeper.

Horrible reporting/analytics capabilities. Non existent customer service
AVOID THIS PRODUCT! We ordered this for my father but quickly found that the reporting and analytics capabilities were very poor. We attempted to initiate a return within the 30 day window but have been unable to contact anyone who can process the return for the last 10 days.We have called 6 times only to be told that the issue needs to be escalated, but nobody is available, and that they would call back.Not only have we not received a call, but EMAILS ARE BOUNCING!!! Their Non-existent customer service is alarming and points to a firm that is unfit to sell safety critical devices such as heart monitors.
