Very impressed. It’s well-designed and works exactly as it should.
I’m very impressed with this device. It’s small, light, quiet, and provides fast and repeatable measurements, even while wearing a lined sweatshirt over a T-shirt (they do advise to use a bare arm). I especially appreciate the built in rechargeable battery with USB charging.Given the large, bright display, the voice feature is unnecessary unless you have extreme vision impairment. The voice is loud and there’s no volume control, so I immediately turned it off, and the device remembers that setting.To those who have reported that their results vary a lot between measurements, I suggest they read the instruction carefully. Blood pressure varies with the position of your body, improper cuff placement/fitting, the height of the cuff above/below the heart, recent intake of caffeine and nicotine, and other factors. In addition, repeated measurements within a short time can cause the blood to pool in the arm which can affect blood pressure. This is not an issue with the device; it is simply human physiology.To those who have reported that the device is wildly inaccurate, I suggest they check the unit setting. This device can report in mm Hg or kPa, and the unit indicator is small enough to go unnoticed if you’re not looking for it.Also, check periodically that the cuff tube is pushed completely into the monitor. It slides out easily if you tug on it.

Is there a carrying case ro keep it clean and secure?
I just got this and it is an excellent product. the instructions were easy to read and it worked perfectly the first time and the battery was almost fully chargedthe numbers are easy to read and everything is fully understandable. great product.I have one suggestion – some of the others come with a soft carrying/storage case which would be nice to have to keep clean and safe. I would even pay a little more for a carrying case for trips and overall protection.stuart

Easy Peasy & Informative
I love this for measuring and keeping track of my bp. Great memory recall capacity, easy to use, large numbers, and great functionality. Aside from easy readability, this machine talks to you to give you specifics on where your reading falls based on the medical standard. I love that you don’t have to buy batteries – EVER. Rechargeable. Only issue I had was with it was the fit of the cuff for my arm. My arms are very skinny. Otherwise, a great product!

Best BP machine I’ve ever had.
I’m a physician, so I’ve had over 20 blood pressure monitors in my past 30 years. This is the absolute best with backlit screen, no errors when using it, and it plugs in with a C-USB connector. It also has an internal lithium battery which holds a charge, which is super nice.

Works as product description states.Only thing is, the voice could be quieter, her voice is quite loud!Easy to use, pull Velcro to open and close, place on upper arm, let it do its thing.Still trying to figure out color code after BP is taken, see pix, think the more color bars the higher/lower BP is, seems to be accurate.“Wish you all the best, stay healthy” voice when turned off.Battery stays charged well over a week or more.

PROs:Love the small size, and that it is rechargeable! I have not tested it at my doctors office yet but appears to be reasonably accurate.Takes less than 35 seconds for a reading, (after pressing the [START] button.Hard to beat $20!After playing with it and running many Blood pressure readings in the last 24 hours, it has not displayed the charge icon. But also a CON as it doesn’t seem to display the current level of charge on the battery until plugging it in…which currently displays 4 of 6 bars after a full charge yesterday.Display is large and very bright, but not able to see in sunlight.I appreciate that it is not bluetooth.CONs: I thought it came with a bag…my bad! It sure would be nice though since this works great for travel and can even fit in a purse. But of course, I will need to find a bag to keep the cheap cuff and monitor safe.It is difficult to determine person 1 from person 2, I need to tap the [SET] button a couple times to determine which is left vs right. Changing the color on each would solve this, or make the #1,2 large enough to read…AND STOP the blinking strobe light effect.NO date or time recorded…BIG bummer!The cuff appears to be fragile, it is made of a thin material somewhat “cripsy”, that I doubt will last anywhere near the 10 years my Omron cuff lasted. It states it can only be used with said model…but I was able to connect it to my Omron and get accurate readings so a PRO would be that it seems to have a standard connection…and therefore replaceable.The audio mentioning the dreaded World Economic Forum (WHO), is laughable. Instructions in the booklet explain how to turn that OFF!SETTINGS MODETap [SET] button to toggle between user 1 and 2.To turn OFF the speaker: In shut off mode, Press [SET] button for 3 seconds. SP ON (or OF) will appear. Tap the [MEM] button to toggle the speaker on and off.To change measurement: In shut off mode, Press [SET] button for 3 seconds. SP ON (or OF) will appear. Press [SET] again and then use the [MEM] button to change between, mmHg and KPa.Wishing you all Good Health!

The monitor is straightforward to operate, and the instructions are clear. But the inconsistency in results holds it back from being a great product. You get what you pay for.
