Works as promised. Once you figure out all the buttons, it works well. There are clear instructions. Seems to be decent quality for the price

Good machine, easy to use
Works well, easy to use. I do not like the cuff it tends to wrinkle and does not fit well so while the machine works very well I recommend getting a different cuff. It does require batteries to be used however it also has a USB that can be used instead. It’s easy to read and works well.

Good quality for home testing
Its really simple to use, and it comes with a bag to keep the band and base together. The only odd thing is there is no on/off button. You click start and it starts testing and when its done it turns off automatically.Battery powered- and it comes with batteries!Make sure you dont wrap the band too tight- it can skew your results. Make sure you follow the testing posture guidelines.

I am extremely happy with this blood pressure monitor! From the moment I opened the box, everything was simple and straightforward. The instructions were clear, and I was able to set it up within minutes.The readings are fast and very accurate. I compared the results with the readings from my doctor’s office, and they were almost identical. The large digital display makes it easy to read, and I love that it stores previous readings so I can track changes over time.The cuff is comfortable and fits perfectly without feeling too tight. It inflates and deflates smoothly, and the whole process only takes about a minute. It’s also lightweight and compact, making it easy to store or travel with.This monitor gives me peace of mind knowing I can check my blood pressure anytime at home. Definitely a great purchase from Amazon—highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable blood pressure monitor!

Not recommended at all!
This is a very disappointing product. We purchased it to replace one that we dropped and damaged at home. It was a highly rated unit that we had used weekly for a number of years. My wife is a registered nurse and often takes her BP reading at work, with the commercial units they use. Her consistent readings at work have been around 115/55, give or take a few points, which matched what our old unit was reading. This new unit has consistently returned significantly higher results for her… often in the 130/70 range. For me, our old unit consistently returned values in the 130/75 range, give or take a few points. The first reading I received on this unit was 145/85. At rest for over 15 minutes, and properly operated.Now as to design features… The Velcro on the sleeve I would definitely relabel as SUPER VELCRO. To change the fit of the sleeve requires TWO hands to release the Velcro. And make sure you don’t let any of the Velcro accidentally grip while adjusting the sleeve fit. Otherwise, you have to start all over again with the two hand release exercise.Lastly, our old UA767 model had several settings for the maximum pressure to be applied to the arm, from 150 to 200, user selectable. My wife, being around 100 pounds, with small arms, used the 150 setting and it pumped the sleeve to a point that did not cause her pain and worked perfectly. I used a higher setting, with excellent results. This new unit apparently sets the maximum pressure based on who knows what. It goes to over 200 on me at times, and over 175 on my wife. This causes significant discomfort and pain in the arm, and it takes a longer time to release than our old unit.Going to donate this POS to Goodwill and purchase something of higher quality and accuracy.
