Work great
I’ve e tried several brands, this one is the best one out there , I work in noisy machine shops repairing equipment and being able to talk to tech support easily is a must, I’ve been in shops that you have to yell to hear someone in front of you and the person on the phone thinks I’m at home. Great noise canceling, decent sound quality, pretty tuff.

I primarily use this headset with either my PC or iPhone, as a conference call participant. Audio I hear is excellent. People who participate on the call say my voice sounds fine.I occasionally will use this headset while driving. To do this, I’ll detach one of the earphones, as designed. The device does a great job suppressing environmental noise encountered during the call, according to folks who are on the call with me. I can hear fine too.The device easily lasts a week of charge, when joining a few calls each working day. there is still plenty of available charge left at the end of the work week. I charge it anyway, so i avoid the risk of running out during the following week.It is comfortable. I can wear it for an hour-long call without feeling uncomfortable.Listening to a movie or music is also fine.Overall, this headset does everything I want it to. Five stars.

Very Nice
The fit is easily adjustable. The sound is great. Noise cancelling works well. It comes with a great case for traveling. The earpiece is very easy to remove and put back on.My issues with this are the formatting of the manual for printing, and there is no clear instruction on how to turn the headphones off and on.For the manual, please either include it with the headphones or re-format the booklet to not waste so much paper – each page of the very tiny-sized manual fits on one letter-size sheet, wasting about 90% of each page printed.The second issue involves just adding one line to the manual to show how to push the center button to turn the unit on/off. Fortunately, the battery is awesome and I will use these almost every day. But, it would be nice to give the unit a rest.

Best sound for loud environments
My work trucks can be extremely loud and I can’t hear my audio books with the blue parrott. This one is much louder and better quality sound. The microphone is also better quality. People can hear me really well and almost no background noise at all even at the loudest parts of my job. The right ear piece goes on / off very easily if you need just one ear. Battery life is 4-5 days of using it for 12 hours a day. Charges quickly, and it uses the usb c cord same as my phone so I don’t need to carry a second cord anywhere. This is my second one. The first one lasted 5 years of heavy use and abuse, and it still works it just looks super beat up and the foam is disintegrating on the ear pieces. Will probably buy another one after another 5 years.

JUNK!! RUN AWAY>>I’d give a minus 5 stars if possible..I’ve tested and used over 7 different brands and models This is JUNK!! I’m a professional truck driver trainer and manager in security work also. The mic stopped working at like less than one month or like 8 hrs of use..Terrible product buy any other set or best to buy from truck stop better return warranty. I was busy working during this pandemic and as an essential worker hauling water and various relief products to the pandemic victims and businesses, I only maybe got 8 hrs of use from this Blue Tiger!! I’m more familiar with Blue Parrot even Road King truck stop name brands and have used at least 7 different brands of bluetooth devices even in our music production and travelling recording communications. From my professional and straight forward honest opinion this is a inferior design and very poor build quality. The press power button chrome style cover fell off like second call. LOL I honestly don’t see how Amazon or its affiliates ethically sells any of these product units. My advice run away and purchase from ebay or your local truck stop, I tried returning this product as soon as my essential and over time hours driving would allow my hectic schedule to process a return of this purchase and Amazon flat out refused because it was over 30 days??

Everything I Expected and More
This headset is amazing. I have had it for about a week now and the difference between my last headset and this one is night and day. The clarity and volume of conversation is out of this world. And it’s nice to not have to swap between this and earbuds or a regular set of headphones to listen to books and music. The sound quality of sound when listening to music is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some really awesome headphones for music in the past. I have yet to need a charge on this device and have been using it for a minimum of two to three hours per day since I charged it up the first time last week. The price tag is steep, but it beats the others I’ve owned by miles and miles. This is an absolute must for professional drivers.

#1 Bluetooth device of its era
I drive truck over the road and rely on noise cancellation. The battery life is better than most, comfort is better than most others. Connection is roughly an equivalent of around 150ft unobstructed, 50ft with obstructions. This is my most favorite out of all the bluetooth devices I have come across in my 10+ years of driving.
