The best massage gun I’ve had. Really powerful, simple to use, lighter than expected and helps my neck and shoulders feel so much better. Love the different attachments. The heat attachment gets pretty warm and feels nice. Had a wonderful experience with their customer service, the unit stopped charging and I reached out to them to start the warranty process. Within 2 weeks they took care of it no problem. They really stand behind their product. Honestly cant recommend this massage gun enough.

Ok, writing this before long term use and reliability. Absolutely great massager. The inclusion of both heat and cold takes it to another level. Strong motor and long battery life along with it’s light weight makes for easy and great massage use. Great packaging and a variety of heads a big plus. Very niiiice!

Save yourself some time: I am analyst by profession and watched hours(!) of YouTube reviews. I’d never heard of Bob and Brad before–but their fans are, well, fanatical. Now I know why. What I liked most about the story behind this machined–especially versus others, many of which costs hundreds, yes, *hundreds*(!) of dollars–is that B&B didn’t just jump on the bandwagon. They had been testing machines for, I dunno, a couple of years both on themselves and their patients. They are even open about it: They were not necessarily skeptical but approached the topic with appropriate professional skepticism.They even stated up front that they’d been approached for endorsement, and that this was the first unit that met their criteria, power, durability, attachments–and affordability. I appreciate their openness–and, yes, I know they are making money. So what? Welcome to America. At the same time, I honestly believe that they found the best and most affordable system–and at ~$100 (plus or minus), you’re not taking a huge financial risk.Got this for Xmas as a present for my wife: Something that requires an operator to get to the middle of the back (I’m always thinkin’! Yet another reason to keep me around!). She loves it (so long as I don’t get to close to her neck–this thing’ll make your teeth rattle!). As for me, here is my endorsement: I am a lifelong runner (starting in the ’70s, oi), and I have the aches and pains to prove it. This thing really works! It alleviates my lower back and my hip pain. Pretty amazing, really. All the other stuff is true too: rechargeable, power, blah blah blah. I’m just telling you: It’s powerful, seems well built and most importantly, it works! Thank you Bill and Bob, for your honest business practices, your obvious and real desire to help people, and your humor and professionalism. Oh, and for picking a fine machine.

I had bought this product in December 2024 and merely 6 months later it didn’t work anymore. I had just charged the product, used it one day for a few minutes and the next it was dead. The battery had completely discharged and I was unable to charge the unit. I contacted the company and provided them all the necessary information was informed that a new unit was going to be shipped; no need to return the old broken unit. The new one arrived about a week later and works really good. I can highly recommend this item, and Bob & Brad showed what real customer service is about.

I’ve been going to Physical Therapy for treatment of a stiff/sore neck. I saw one of the therapists using another brand of massager on a patient, and asked if they could try it in me. It worked beautifully, and that evening I searched through Amazon’s selection of hand held massagers.I read all the reviews and watched the videos and selected the Bob and Brad mini massager. The reviews stressed that the Bob and Brad mini was smaller and lighter, but just as powerful and easier to operate, than competitors.My son and I use it at home every day, and I take it to every PT session, where my therapist gives me a 5 minute neck and shoulder massage. She loves the Bob and Brad and is going to buy one on Amazon for her family. Another patient tried my B and B and bought one for himself on Amazon.The small size, light weight, power, ease of use, and overall quality of this Bob And Brad mini massager have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it with 5+ stars.

Very strong motor that hits tight knots and feels great. The head attachments included are thorough and comprehensive – I love the flat head that can cool and warm up so I can change the temp depending on my needs. They include a USB-C charger cable, spare rubber grommets, and a travel carry case which is very thoughtful and has let me enjoy it even when I’m overseas. The 2 year warranty is very generous, and they upheld it when my unit had an issue. This product is seriously great value and I use it every day.

UPDATE REVIEW – DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS:I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch.Now it’s April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it’s DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it’s DEAD.It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it’s useless.I don’t see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see.Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers.I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating “Pain Relief” this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory “Battery Life” well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won’t have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the “Easy to Use” rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager……. maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it’s job well; I would buy again.UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it’s usually on the “low” speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it’s a great massager.UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 ………………My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done.I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. It’s embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it’s TURNED OFF.As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months – NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here…. all I had to do is1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that…. and…. 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button.I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never.
