Helpful, relaxing and plenty of power
I’m a 65 year old petite woman who does yoga, works out moderately, horseback rides several times a week, and is always working in the garden or on DIY projects on ladders. I bought a percussion massage gun because I had been ladder climbing restoring windows for several weeks and felt the soreness from this in shoulders, hip and lower back. Normally I would get a professional massage but, if the gun were helpful, its price would roughly equal one massage. So let’s give it a go. Researched moderately priced percussion massage guns extensively and settled on the Bob and Brad one. Why? 1. Previously good reviews. 2. Amplitude, speed choices, and attachments seemed proper and adequate for my needs. Who needs 20 speeds and a zillion attachments? That gets in the way of the therapy. 3. Very important: The T2 model has moved the motor from the top of the device to even or below the percussion mechanism. This made mechanical sense to me and also provided balance in handling. 4. B&B customer service reviews were good. I have had it for a week or so and use it twice a day. Mornings and after doing any of the previous activities mentioned. Here’s what I’ve noticed so far: It is quiet. Vibration in the hand is modest. Speeds 1 or 2 are plenty of percussion for my shoulders; back, hips, quads, glutes and other large muscles. I think the slow percussion is better than faster for the muscles. I’ve used the round attachment on larger muscles, flat one on shoulders and triceps, and the bullet on knots/trigger points around my shoulders and IT band area. The “soft” attachment is nice when you aren’t sure how much hardness is best. I use the percussion on any area for 2-3 minutes and would recommend for a newbie to keep it to that until you see how your body reacts to the percussion. I’m still learning about this. Overall, I noticed reduction in tight knots, reduction in sciatica discomfort (which happens while sleeping), and nice relaxation. The device balances nicely in my hand. It is smaller than a regular sized hair dryer gun, a little larger than a travel hair dryer, so it is easy to handle. The weight isn’t a negative factor. I have no problem using it myself on my back. The B&B videos on Y-Tube showing how to use it (sideways on some muscles for example) are helpful. My husband, who is more muscular and works out with heavy weights, likes a higher speed sometimes but really, it has plenty of percussion at 1-3 speed for your muscles. We aren’t body builders. The device feels solid and well made, the attachments fit snugly, and the battery life hasn’t required a recharge in a week of use. It is helpful. I think regular use, but not overuse, is the key. Give your body time to adjust. And keep up the stretching and regular exercise, of course. I’m happy with the purchase.

Best Massage Gun EVER !
I purchased this wonderful product a year ago in December of 2023 for generalized body pain relief and I am glad I did. The hand massage gum is relatively quiet, easily to use with 5 different levels, lasts at least 2 hours on a full charge and provided major pain relief for my back, legs, arms and sole of my feet after exercising or afterA stressful work day. It’s very portable and may get warm after several uses.A year into using the product, I noticed that the handgun massage was not holding a full charge as it did before. I called customer service and in 24 hours they sent me the Us tracking number for a brand new T2 massage handgun to replace the one I had. I was so impressed with the service that I will recommend them to friends, family and everyone else.

I really recommend their massage gun, it’s perfect for deep tissue massage and also super comfortable. It’s very quiet and not heavy at all. If you ever have a problem or questions their customer service is quick to respond and help you out as soon as possible. Great value and great product. Very satisfied.

Affordable, quality, functionality AND customer service at it’s best!
I bought my Bob and Brad massage gun June of 2023 for my achilleas tendonitis and occasional muscle tightness and stress. It has done wonders in relaxing the muscles and helping aches and pains, especially on my legs. I use it practically every night before going to bed and gives me such relief. It’s been worth every penny spent on it! The quality of this massage gun is solid and well made and comes in a very nice carrying case, making it easy to travel with. The only thing I”d change is when using it, it shuts off after 10 minutes but I believe it does that purposely in order to not overuse it on ourselves at one time. It’s easy to use and has various attachments for various needs which I find very helpful. I have recommend this product to a family member and after doing much research, he ended up buying a Bob and Brad massage gun and absolutley loves it!Recently, my massager wouldn’t charge so I called customer service. I can’t say enough for the efficiency, care and attention they showed. They immediately addressed the issue with a REAL person answering the phone and then through email, they have responded to every single message I sent, and they are taking care of the issue. To me, that is HUGE!It’s for these reasons I would highly recommend the Bob and Brad massage gun! It’s quality, ease of use, functionality AND customer service, which is the icing on the cake, make it top notch!

The massage gun is sturdy and works very well. Recently, I had a problem and the battery was not recharging. I emailed the support team and they were super responsive and provided a replacement. The two year warranty they provide was very helpful.

He podido comparar esta pistola Bob&Brad T2 con la Renpho Power+ (R-C001S) y finalmente me decanté por la de Bob&Brad (B&B a partir de ahora para abreviar).Los principales motivos fueron:✅ Mejor ergonomía: Este fue el principal motivo, ya que la pistola de B&B tiene el mango más delgado y con forma ovalada, por lo que el brazo no se te carga al agarrarla mientras te haces masajes, cosa que sí me pasaba con la de Renpho.✅ Mayor autonomía: La pistola de B&B tiene una batería de 4.000 mah (creo que es líder del sector en este sentido en la gama de pistolas hasta 130€) frente a los 2.500 mah de la de Renpho, lo que debería traducirse en mayor autonomía, aunque eso no lo probé a conciencia.Otros puntos a favor de la pistola B&B:✅ Mayor potencia y rango más amplio de rpm: Tiene 5 niveles desde las 2.000 hasta las 3.200 revoluciones por minuto. Por contra, la de Renpho tiene 6 niveles desde las 1.800 hasta las 2.600 rpm. En cualquier caso, la mayoría de las personas usarán la pistola en sus primeros 2-3 niveles.✅ Más compacta: A pesar de su potencia, es más compacta que la de Renpho y otras que he visto en Amazon, lo cual la hace más manejable.✅ Servicio de atención al cliente excelente: Son serviciales y amables, y hacen todo lo posible para ayudarte.✅ Manual extenso y explicativo, con dibujos e instrucciones sobre qué cabeza usar, en qué parte del cuerpo y cómo hacer el masaje. El de Renpho era más escueto.✅ Trae maletín con asa para transportarla con sus cabezas, manual, cable de carga USB-C y dos gomas de recambio para las cabezas (la de Renpho también lo trae).✅ Es bastante silenciosa a pesar de la potencia.✅ La cabeza en V y la de bala están mejor rematadas y la parte que contacta con la piel/ropa no tiene bordes, cosa que sí pasa con la de Renpho (aunque posiblemente nadie llegue a notarlo al masajearse).Puntos a mejorar:🟡 Se puede echar en falta una cabeza de pala (la pistola de Renpho la trae), aunque las que vienen son suficientes.🟡 La cabeza de cojín de aire desliza peor por la ropa que las otras y se adhiere algo el polvo, pero se puede limpiar sin problemas (la de Renpho tiene un diseño diferente más deslizante, aunque quizás sea un poco más dura). La de bola también desliza un poco peor en ropa, pero parece que en todas las pistolas esa está hecha del mismo material.🟡 No tiene una app donde emparejar la pistola y con vídeos tutoriales. Renpho si tiene esta posibilidad en el modelo que probé, pero pierde utilidad ya que sólo puedes ver el vídeo mientras la pistola esté en acción (no puedes simplemente ver el vídeo antes de hacerte el masaje, y si pausas el golpeo de la pistola, se para el vídeo, además de que no parece ir coordinado tampoco con la secuencia de los vídeos).🟡 El puerto USB-C no agarra los cables de carga tan fuerte como debería, especialmete con algunos cables que no son el que viene con la pistola. En cualquier caso, la pistola carga bien pero algún cable se podría soltar si mueves la pistola mientras la cargas. Parece que podría ser un defecto de fabricación del lote en que se fabricó mi pistola, aunque no es un defecto que impida su uso y carga.🌟 CONCLUSIÓN FINAL 🌟Recomiendo esta pistola de masaje por su ergonomía, facilidad de manejo, potencia y autonomía, así como el excelente servicio de atención al cliente.Si tenéis algún problema o duda con vuestra pistola de masaje, podéis contactarles a través de su dirección de email support@bobandbrad.com.Lo ideal es esperar por alguna oferta o cupón de descuento para conseguirla.
