Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this phone because I can set up tap and pay, but it is terrible. It can’t even keep up with my texting. Apparently I text too fast for it and it misses letters in every word. My moto is fine with the speed, but this phone can’t keep up. Not worth it. You get what you pay for.

There were a few things that were pretty big problems now the battery is in grace but it will last a 24-hour. If you’re not overusing it in other words you’re just doing what you need to do you’re not in there playing games and you’re not really watching too many videos so it’s good for that sorry it’s not good for that whichever way you look at it. Another thing I didn’t like was the volume and that is because it is half of the volume of my last phone it is not great at all I would rank it as a 4 or a 5 out of 10 for that but again here’s the thing it’s a budget phone and the reason you’re looking for a budget phone is because you need something that you can afford so my advice is to get this know that you can return it in 30 days and maybe your financial situation will change in that. And you’ll be able to afford something better so in the meantime this is a bridge phone that’s all it is and then get you there but that’s about it. And chances are by the sound of things that’s the kind of thing that most people can do with a little helpful hand. God bless you all and be nice for god sakes.

for the price this phone has it all even a wallet was easy to transfer all apps and doc pictures and just stuck in in my simm from old phone and working. its a great phone

bought this as an upgrade for my youngest daughter (she is 12) but definitely a model and brand that I will be getting for my other 3 teenagers. It is perfect for their age group and what they use it for. And still supports all of my “drone” Parenting controls!!!!
