Bought 2 copies, one for myself and another for my lead manager. We are loving this. Obviously written for the entrepreneur/CEO, but still incredibly insightful for higher level employees to do their own time audits and figure out how to level themselves up.A lie that employees believe is that if they do better, they will be punished by being given more. Reframing AND ensuring that they understand that you as the CEO want to reward them by both $ and also helping them break off tasks that they do not like to others or to programs that can free up their time and cost the company less overall, really means the “Extra tasks” or things that would be added to their plate are going to be more of the things that lights them up and makes them feel alive.Great book!
