A game changer for caregivers!
I needed something so that my mom could alert me in the middle of the night that she needed me. She is bedbound and has trouble holding on to things so she can’t even use her phone anymore. This was so easy and has worked so well. All I had to do was plug it in near my bed so that I can hear it and she just pushes the button if she needs me. There is quite a great deal of range because I am upstairs on the opposite side of the house from where she is. There are a ton of different sounds to choose from and you can adjust the volume. The button she pushes lights up blue so that she knows she called me. The only thing I wish I could change is that I wish there was a way that it didnt wake my husband up as well when it wakes me up. This has been a life saver for me because before I got this, I was running up and down to check on her all night long and not getting any sleep. This has given me my peace back! The price is amazing for the ease of use and the quality. I highly recommend this for any caregiver who worries as much as I do!!

Perfect and uncomplicated!
This is just what we needed. Even though we have an intercom available on the house phone, it’s become difficult for mom to figure out at times. With this button around her neck it’s always right there for her. The number of chimes/tunes is nice and the adjustable volume is great. It can be heard from anywhere in this 2400 square ft house. It worked right out of the box, just plug in the reciever/chime unit and you’re all set.

Good product, good value
I installed each transmitter in a different bathroom. Following the provided instructions, a different tone was assigned to each transmitter. Each transmitter was paired with both receivers. When a transmitter is pressed, both receivers play a loud tune which lets others in the house know that there is an emergency in the bathroom associated with that tune.To install the transmitter, it can be hung by the provided cord or screwed onto the surface with provided screws. Lanyards are also provided which allow for each transmitter to be worn around the neck. Each receiver provides 52 tones/tunes which can be assigned to a paired transmitter. There were no instructions on how to use the provided screws to mount the transmitter. I had to open the transmitter (no easy task) to find the intended drill holes in the back of the case. With fresh transmitter batteries, a transmitter on one side of the house activates the receiver on the other side of the house. Since there is a receiver on both sides of the house, a weak transmitter battery should still be able to activate the receiver closest to it.I was pleasantly pleased with the design and operation of this product.

Pretty good range
This functions very like a wireless doorbell. One unit stays with the person who wants to make the call, but the other has to plug into a wall. It is easy to move, but it does have to stay in something of a fixed location. The instructions were not especially useful. One does have to play around with it to figure it out. It can be set to be very loud, or much softer–so the volume adjustment is good. It is not particularly intuitive, but once one figures it out, it is fine. There are a lot of different sounds that it can make–from just a normal doorbell sound to little songs (several of them were recognizable as Christmas jingles). Some sounds are jarring–which is good if one is trying to get someone’s attention.I think this would be very useful if someone were stuck in a bedroom and the person’s caregiver needed to move out of easy earshot. We are using it for the workshop–DH often goes out to work in his workshop and forgets his phone, and I do not like walking outside (especially not in the cold or rain) to get his attention. Having this plugged into the wall in his workshop lets me press the sender button in the kitchen, and it rings the bell in his workshop several hundred feet away (through a window and a closed door and brick wall).I liked it so much that I bought a second one for my parents, as my mother often sleeps in and might need help rising. It is plugged in next to my father’s recliner about 100 feet away, and it gets his attention at once. I’m a little concerned about the battery life on the sender unit (as there is no way to know when to change the battery–it doesn’t charge), but it seems fine for non-emergency uses. If one has a really critical need for something like this, a more robust system where both sections plug in or where battery life can be more easily checked might be better.

Easy to use, and works really well.
Perfect for our household. My mother-in-law and I have been able to relax a lot more knowing she can get my attention no matter where I am in the house. This means I do not have to be glued by her side and can actually get things done. We can sleep with the bedroom door closed. The anxiety relief it has given all of us has been significant.Note that if the button is held down for a prolonged period it will increase the volume and change the chime to a loud alarm sound. It sucks when she’s just caught it in her bed and doesn’t need us, but it was worth that rare mishap when she woke up ill and in a panic and was able to wake the whole household for help without putting herself at further risk. It helps her be as independent as possible and makes her feel secure.Worth it!

Caregiver pager
Works as it should with a good distance. Loud enough to hear throughout the house.
