Perfect back massager with adjustable heat!

Great massager and convenient
I bought a similar CILI massage pad earlier this year and liked it. So when I decided to buy another office chair massager, I specifically chose this model also from CILI.I spend hours at desk everyday and sometimes have tension in my back and shoulders. I tried this massager and feel it provides fantastic relaxation. I understand that, for long term, I need more exercises to improve my physical conditions. But the massager helps to loosen tensed muscle and improve circulation.It fits on my office chair perfectly, quite flexible. It’s compact and light-weight, making it easy to put on or remove from the chair. I just leave it on the chair, I feel comfortable sitting on it, kind of like an extra cushion. I think this is the best part – the massager is conveniently on my chair all the time, a massage is just a click away.The vibration motors are surprisingly strong. I usually only use the medium setting. The heating function is also nice, it gets warm quickly. The remote is easy to use, with everything clearly marked.For the price, the features are outstanding. I’ve owned other more expensive chair massager in the past, and they were stiffer, had fewer features, and weren’t nearly as powerful as this one.I wish it would have a memory function to remember my last setting. Not a big concern, just need to click a few buttons each time to get to my preferred intensity, zone, and heat level. But overall, this massager is excellent for relaxation. I like it and will probably be using it regularly.

Loud but effective!
I love this massager. It has different modes to apply to different areas. Love the heat as well. I focus on my upper & middle back, and it does wonders for my pain. Just note that it’s not a “kneading” type it’s vibration and pulse only. The only drawback is the noise. It’s really loud, but I turn up the tv volume & deal with it. I would purchase again.

Why did I wait so long? I just turned this pad on and my desk chair is now my favorite spot in the house! Perfect for working from home or just surfing the net.Best of all, I have a black chair and the pad is black, fits great, so doesn’t look like a health aid.I especially love the little soft pouch that holds the remote and the timer feature on the controls.The massage pressure is good and my tight muscles are relaxing so less painful.So far quality is excellent. There is some noise as would be from most products of this type, but not intrusive. I can talk on the phone, lead my online meetings and no one is the wiser. I’ll report back on durability as time goes by, butfirst impression is most positive. Now my husband wants one too, so I’m buying another one. Highly recommend.

Great back massager for the price!!
It’s a great massager! It works well on my recliner after a long day. The heat gets pretty warm and the vibrations are good enough to take care of some back pain. You can also isolate the heat and the massaging. The remote is easy to use and I would definitely recommend!!

OH MY GOSH!!!! Far beyond expectations!!!
OH MY GOSH!!!! Where are adequate words? I injured my left hip, or so I thought. The pain was excruciating from the spine out to the hip bone and around to the pelvic bone. I had a similar situation a year before when I took a shuttle bus to the airport, a flight cross country and spent days in a very uncomfortable chair by my sons bed in the hospital as he passed away and then had to pack up belongings in his condo. That “injury” was in the right hip. After a doctor visit I was told it was strained muscles and would take weeks to heal. Then this LEFT hip injury happened as I was putting away patio furniture for the winter. NOTHING over the counter would help and ice packs did nothing. I ended up in Urgent Care and the prescribed muscle relaxers did nothing. The next day the pain was was so bad my blood pressure was off the scale. We called 911 and I was transported to the ER. This time the very strong pain killers that I didn’t want to take but did. Very little relief. With Amazon at my finger tips I looked for pain relief and spotted this chair pad massager. OK – maybe I could get enough relief to at least get some word done. I ordered it after reading other reviews. When it arrived on my porch I couldn’t wait to try it. OH MY GOSH!!!! It was extra cushioning which many of these pads aren’t. That helped lessen the pressure on the painful areas. Then using the remote I experimented with areas to massage and intensity. I was instantly impressed. I decided to try a little heat. with 500% honesty, this was amazing. Cushioned and supportive. Massaging, a bit of heat. Say I relaxed is putting it mildly. About fifteen minutes into the first timed selection option of 30 minutes, my husband walked up and asked why I had tears running down my face. I started crying even more and told him it was the first time since the injury hat there was any relief at all. Relief that pain meds didn’t bring. I used it again first thing this morning when everything hurt badly after a night in bed. I fell asleep almost immediately after turning on the massaging and low heat modes.I am beyond pleased with this item. I’m buying a second one so I can leave one on my home office chair and have another for watching TV and in the bedroom.Thank you CILI for making such an amazing product.

Product has now 2 faulty vibration discs in it. Had just over a year. Was given a 3 year warranty upon purchase once I registered product, but unable to contact seller via Amazon, so the warranty is basically useless.Hoping seller/manufacturer see’s this and replies.Updated. Emails sent to Cili directly. No responses at all after 2 weeks.Just a buyer beware of the product. Great while it worked… not great trying to get a warranty claim or even a response from the manufacturer.
