The following tips may help you achieve a better calling experience:
1. Please make sure the microphone headband has been adjusted correctly and close to your mouth.
2. Update your Bluetooth Driver to the latest version. (If you use the headphones on your laptop)
3. Make sure all other Bluetooth devices around have been turned off

5. Please try to make calls directly from your phone without using any conference apps to see if the issue persists.

COMEXION Bluetooth headsdset could connect with 2 devices ( Phones, computers and laptops) at the same.
If your computer does not have Bluetooth function, you may order our BH-M100 with dongle or order an USB dongle on amazon.
Bluetooth Pairing and Connection:
1. In off status, long press MFB 5-7 seconds to power it on, the headset will enter pairing mode with LED Blue & Red flash alternately.
2. Search and click to connect ”M100” on your phone Bluetooth lists, the blue light will be solid on and will flash every 10 seconds after connected, now you can play music from phone to headphone.
3. When it’s connected with your phone, you can press MFB / Volume+ / Volume- / Microphone Mute Button on the Bluetooth headset to control the answer/hang up a call and play/pause music, next and previous song, volume up and down, microphone mute.
When it’s used on PC and computer, some of the buttons may not be applicable due to the different models of computer and software.
Connection with Computer if it has Bluetooth function
1, Press the multi function button (MFB) for about 5-7 seconds to turn the bluetooth headset on, the red&blue light will flash alternately, which means it enters into pairing mode.
2, Go to settings on the computer and turn on the Bluetooth setting, search for Bluetooth signals and find “M100” to click it, you will hear “your headset is connected”, which means it’s connected successfully with computer. If the computer needs bluetooth driver, please ask for help from your computer manufacturer.
3, To make sure you can use the headset on your computer, after it’s paired with the computer, please check if the headset is set as default output and input device: Go to settings on your computer and find sound settings, set “M100” as the output and input device.
If your computer does not have Bluetooth function, you may order our BH-M100 with dongle or order an USB dongle on amazon.
Connection with Two devices:
1, Press the MFB button for about 5-7 seconds to turn on the bluetooth headset, turn on the Bluetooth function on your first bluetooth device, click “M100” to connect it and it will then paired with the first device.
2, Then turn off the Bluetooth function on the first device and the headset will enter into pairing mode again (the red&blue light will flash alternately.) Then turn on the Bluetooth function on the second device to search and connect “M100”.
3, After it’s paired with the second Bluetooth device. Turn on Bluetooth function on the first device, click to reconnect “M100”on Bluetooth lists. Headset is connected with two devices now.

High quality headset for a great price!!
I really like this headset. I was initially looking for something for my mother-in-law because she still attempts to drive while holding on to her phone but she needed something that was going to be comfortable and that she could hear well through because she is partially very hard of hearing in one ear and she doesn’t need anything that is too difficult to operate these stay put they’re very comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. Everyone that I’ve had conversations with have said they can hear me verywell, it’s not staticy or interference and I can hear them exceptionally well also. They were very easy to set up right out of the box My phone paired no problem . It comes with two different charging cords one you can use with a USB charger and it also has the cord that you can plug into the input jack in your vehicle so that you can use the headset while it’s charging,ß which is nice. This is an excellent headset for driving or just working around the house for anyone who may work from home and have to be on the phone a lot. Those things being said, I would like it if the headband part which is adjustable, by the way , was a little bit thinner and less noticeable that would be better for me but that’s not a game changer because this thing is so comfortable that it’s worth it my mother-in-law tried it she loves it it’s easy for her to operate and now I am comfortable knowing that she is safer when she’s driving in her car because she’s not using her hands to use her phone. Bottom line this is a great headset for a great price, and the customer for service for me has been exceptional so you should get this product and try it and if you have any issues their customer service is excellent.

My husband is a truck driver and this has worked wonders. It’s easy to connect to his phone, very comfortable for him even if we are on a 3 hour call lol. The noise cancellation is great cause I don’t hear any of the background noise and sounds really clear for us both. And the batter y life is great.

I purchased this headset as I was getting frustrated with my old corded ones. I’ve tried some other Bluetooth earpiece head sets but these are by far better and the noise cancellation is a great extra. Comfortable to wear, the sound on work Calls is very good and so is listening to music. The charge is also very quick and lasts a long time. Would recommend.

I require a headset that connects to two devices, my Macbook and iPhone for conference calls (on the Mac) and phone calls (on my iPhone). The issues I have with this headset are:1. The paring drops constantly2. When I move out of range it does not auto-reconnect3. If I have audio going on the Mac and I take a call, the voice quality of the call is dreadfulMay seem like small issues, but I never had these problems with my last headset. This may be a good headset if you connect to one device.

Wie immer kam das Headset nach der Bestellung sehr schnell an.Das Headset wird mit einem Ladekabel und einem Kabel mit Klinkenstecker geliefert. Ich denke, damit kann man das Bluetooth übergehen und direkt an verschiedene Geräte wie auch am Computer einstecken und somit kabelgebunden anschliessen.Das Headset macht einen sehr stabilen und gut verarbeiteten Eindruck. Es gibt Polster im Bügel, damit kein direkter Kontakt des harten Bügels zum Kopf entsteht.Ein weiters Polster für die Ohrmuschel, welches recht gross gestaltet ist und damit auch die meisten Aussengeräusche abgemindert werden. Da dies nur auf einem Ohr anliegt, ist dies aber nicht der Hauptgrund, sondern eher für den Komfort.Mir gefällt das Headset sehr gut, da es nicht zu filigran ist, aber deswegen vom Komfort her trotzdem sehr komfortabel zu tragen ist. Ein gelungenes Headset.Das Headset muss über ein Kabel zum Aufladen angeschlossen werden. Eine Halterung für das Headset gibt es nicht. Mich stört das nicht. wollte aber es erwähnt haben.Das Mikrofon ist mit einem Schaumteil umschlossen, um eventuelle Störgeräusche zu unterdrücken. Dadurch ist aber auch meine Stimme für den Gegenüber etwas gedämpft, habe ich mir sagen lassen von meinen Kollegen, mit welchen ich bis dato in Kontakt war. Aber auch nur im Vergleich mit den bisherigen Headset, welches ich benutzt habe. Aber ansonsten gib es keine Beanstandungen über die Qualität des Headsets, ich höre alles sehr gut und klar.Noch ein Wort zur Bedienung, einfacher geht es nicht, die Anleitung ist vorhanden aber auch ohne ist die Verbindung zum Rechner einfach herzustellen gewesen und funktioniert einwandfrei.Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Headset, für mich im HomeOffice einwandfrei zu benutzen.

This headset is very comfortable to wear for long periods. They are so light and comfortable there were several occasions where I forgot I was wearing them. This is perfect when you are listening to long boring Zoom/Teams meetings because it is easy to hear both the meeting and your colleagues around you.The Bluetooth is very clear and easy to pair and can be easily paired with two devices at the same time.While wearing the headset, the buttons are easy to find and use, and the sound quality on both the microphone and speaker is good. I found the volume to be a bit low but is not a problem in an office or home setting. If the volume is set above 80% minor distortion can be heard (clipping).The microphone is small and unobtrusive and can be rotated up out of the way or further around so you can use this headset on either ear.The battery seems to last forever! They advertise 30 hours talk and 400 hours standby, I charged my headset on Monday, used it every day for several hours (without recharging) and on Saturday they still had 80% charge.This headset uses a USB type A to USB type C cable to charge the battery and it also comes with a 3.5 mm audio to USB type C cable that will allow you to connect this headset to a device that doesn’t have blue tooth.Overall this is a good headset that is comfortable to wear for long periods.
