I Don’t usually give full five star reviews, but for this I had to.I am literally using it as I write this review.I suffer from a large benign tumor in my lower back. I t really hurts, and I have 5 herniated discs as well as arthritis and just a really awful back.This is a dream come true, I work from home, and am always in my chair. Now I can get a massage in my office and with heat too!!CHAIR I USE: I am using the massager on a Lay-Z Boy office chair, from Staples. A big, thick office chair. It fits NO PROBLEM. And my chair is HUGE!!PROS; fits most any chaIr, GAMING CHAIRS WILL WORK, BUT MAY FIT WEIRD.THIS IS FOR A REGULAR CHAIR, NOT A SUPER HIGH BACK CHAIR BUT WILL STILL WORK.ONE IMPORTANT THInG YOU MUST CONSIDER: this massager pad will reduce the size of your chair, because it is taking up space in your chair, so if you are putting this on a small chair, you may feel that he pad takes up too much room. I use on a massive sized office chair.A chair for big and tall folks would be the best for this pad, it would make it the most efficient.Runs well, has heat, not too hard massage, intensity settings, feels really nice. Great machine to help with back pain
I am currently using this massage pad for the first time. I will update after I’ve had some time to use it.At first impression, I like it a lot. I have a one-month-old baby who nurses extremely frequently, so I am often in the same position throughout the majority of the day. Even though I try to maintain good posture, my back has been aching so much over the last month. But finding time to get even a massage at home is quite impossible with how often my baby nurses. I was desperate for some relief, so I bought this massager after reading the reviews. I feel like the pressure intensity is just right. My skin and muscles have fibromyalgia like pain, so I was worried it would be too intense (painful) for my body to handle. Even the water hitting my body from the showerhead is sometimes too intense. However, the rolling mechanisms in this massager are just right. I don’t feel like it’s too intense at all, but there is enough happening that I’m getting much-needed relief. It is more intense when I move the top cover of the chair out of the way. The intensity button on the control doesn’t change the pressure of the massage – just the speed.I am 5’9’ and this goes along the majority of my back. It does not reach quite to my trapezius muscles. It stops just below them. The width of the reach of the rollers is satisfying. It gets close to the spine and a few inches out to either side.When the roller needs to switch direction (whether in full back, spot, or upper/lower back settings), the rollers pause for a second, which at first is a little jarring and distracting. I’ve gotten used to it, but I wish the transition was a little smoother. And that is the only reason for not giving it a 5 star review.The heat is not super intense. I currently have a nursing tank and light button up shirt on, and the top chair pad is covering the seat, and I have barely noticed the heat. Even without the seat covering in place, the heat is barely noticeable.I’m not a fan of the seat vibration. It is literally just three levels of vibrating, which is not unexpected based on the description. But too much vibration makes my skin itch, so I probably won’t be using that function ever.Overall, I’m really glad I bought this. Hopefully it will hold up for a long time. It’s a nice little machine that really helps take the edge off of backaches.Pros:* it’s pretty quiet. I can hear a little bit of the movement, but it’s not overly annoying.* The controls are simple and intuitive.* It’s light.* The intensity is just right.Cons:* The self timer is fairly short – 15 minutes, and you can’t adjust the length.* The heat function is weak.* The pause at the direction change is distracting.

This back massager was exactly what I was looking for to relieve tension all along my spine. I also like the ability to have it focus on your upper back, lower back, or focus it to stay in one spot. It also has heat and vibration which are nice features. I was just blown away by the value you get with this and it is easy to move around. For now, I just keep it in next to my chair and use it every night! My wife doesn’t like the pressure, but I love it.

I bought this recently, hoping it would work. I had a massage chair for over 12 years. That was my best friend. I lost her this year due to a small predator that got inside and chewed wires:(I had the massage chair since 2015 until now 2025 was going fine. Had some work done on one of the rollers now no one will come and do the wiring so had to throw away a leather massage chair back then it was about $5000. Cannot afford a new one of that quality . I have tried now a couple of the Massage chairs like this. This chair was so uncomfortable heater did not work well I thought it was going to be great. It just did not work for me.

Deep tissue massage! Love it!
Deep tissue massage! When first using if it is too hard just put several layers of a throw or towel over it.I have 3 bulging discs in my back. They keep certain muscles fired up. This massage pad moves in circles up and down each side of my spine. The heat feature helps with relaxing the muscles as well. I use it A LOT! Every morning to loosen up before work or morning chores. When I feel the tension in my muscles during the day I stop and let it bring needed relief. I also use it every night before bed. It does NOT VIBRATE which in my opinion would be useless. I highly recommend! Even bought one for my boss.

This product so far works as described and gives a surprisingly very good massage. The heat is a nice feature. It is very easy to use and allows you to spot an area on your back and focus on that area or move up or down from there. You can also choose upper or lower or full back. The auto shut off is handy too. The fact that you can take it with you wherever you go makes it a smarter buy than purchasing a massage chair. This makes any chair a massage chair and it gives a good massage. I’m glad I didn’t buy the kind that just has vibrates. This one feels more like a real massage.

J’ai commandé ce masseur pour le poser sur mon bureau car je suis en télétravail et je passe presque toute la journée assise. Juste vous dire que c’est un véritable moment de plaisir ce masseur. Je peux travailler et me faire masseur au même moment, quel délice ! La télécommande est très pratique, le massage est juste comme il faut (pas trop dure, pas très faible).Il fait beau maintenant donc je n’ai pas testé l’option chaleur, mais je pense que ça fonctionne bien aussi.Maintenant que je l’ai, je vais en commander deux autres pour mes parents. N’hésitez pas, ça fait tellement du bien ce massage.

Ce que j’ai apprécié le plus c’est les différents modes de massages: intensité, vibration, chaleur, spot…Je l’utilise aussi bien sur un canapé que sur un fauteuil. Le massage est très énergétique du coup je le met en mode doux avec chaleur, c’est top 🙂
