Great service, good product
I’m going to keep this review as honest as can be.I ordered this neck massager in July. probably used it about 3 times but not consistently. When I went to use it a few weeks ago, the massager would not stay on for more than 5 seconds. As soon it felt the slightest touch it would shut off.Since my return window was already closed on amazon by this time, I reached out directly to the sellers via their messaging application. They immediately offered a resolution.We worked out a replacement and I am very satisfied with their service. I’m hoping this one will last me much longer than the first. I will most definitely update if otherwise.For the product: I hold a lot of my stress in my neck area starting at the lower part of my head down to my shoulders. This product has helped me decompress and unwind on the days I need it the most. It offers different pressure levels and with the straps it makes it easier to hold in place with out compromising the relaxation of the rest of my body.

Affordable, but with some risks
Works decently well. Good pressure and heat. Motors are a bit weak and really only seemed to work properly on the highest speed setting. However it was effective for relieving neck pain via heat and massage.Overall it’s…”okay”. You get the quality you pay for.The biggest issue I have with this massager is the synthetic mesh fabric on the massage area. It’s extremely coarse and brittle. This can lead to skin agitation, sores, abrasions, and on one occasion a sliver of the material was embedded into the skin of my neck. The use of something like a t-shirt as a buffer layer was required to prevent those issues.I had to stop using the device entirely when the buffer t-shirt slipped out of the way and over the course of 10min the massager had rubbed my skin completely raw to the point of needing treatmentIf you just need something cheap then this item should be fine, but do be aware that the low price comes with some compromises. Just be careful when using

This massager really works. I have bought many different electric massagers before, and honestly, I was disappointed with most of them. But this one is completely different — you really have to try it!I love the rotating massage nodes and how smooth and powerful the rotation feels. The different intensity and speed (velocity) settings make it easy to adjust exactly how strong or gentle you want the massage to be. It’s very easy to use, and the controls are simple and clear.One of my favorite features is that you can pull the handles and apply extra pressure against your back or neck if you want a deeper massage. That makes a big difference compared to other massagers I’ve tried.After using this for a while, I can honestly say it feels more effective and much more comfortable than any other electric massager I’ve owned. Highly recommended!
