Highly effective and great price!
I fell for the discount lol. I debated but figured it was too cheap to pass up.Couple of negatives. It’s bigger than what I was expecting. I was thinking smaller like hang it on the back of your neck while working at the laptop. And USB..I thought it was USB charged and you’d be cordless.It’s bigger than something I’d feel comfortable using in the office. Definitely has a pro-grade feel to it. And it’s corded, as in needs outlet power to run. Thats understandable now considering how big it is and the size and power of the massage heads. Clearly I should have read the description before I purchased…but those 15 minutes were ticking by before the desk was going to end.lolThe massage function is heavenly! I have semi-permanent knots in my shoulders from stress and working on a laptop all day. This really gets in there and works those knots like a pro. I love that you can reverse the motion when you choose..there are times it will hit a knot and change direction, and I can push the button to get the massage head going in the direction it was..great for when you have stubborn knots and need to hit a certain release point.I’ve used it in various areas of my neck and back. It doesn’t disappoint. I do recommend keeping it on low for neck work–it’s quite powerful! It for shoulders and back, it’s great at any speed.I’m a little on the fence on the fabric covering the massager. It’s rather scratchy. On the one hand, maybe that helps it grip into the muscle to really massage the knot out. I’ve thought about putting a silk pillowcase over it to see if that makes it less scratchy but wonder if that will make it less effective.The heat function is lackluster. I was hoping for hot like heating pad hot but it gets just above body temp. I’m not super unhappy about it, but a higher heat setting option would be nice.But for the low price, this is a fabulous piece of equipment! I can do a session on my neck, shoulders and back and feel nearly as loose as a massage and dip in a hot tub.I would honestly rate it 5 stars but the scratchy fabric is a bit of a worry..and the lack of heat options make me have to remove a half a star.4.5 out of 5

Impressed with the performance at this price! Saw similar at Walmart for $60…I’m glad I went with this instead. Powerful massage really gets in there but it’s easy to adjust, so it’s not too much on one spot. Love that it switches up rotations automatically. I like that you can use it pretty much anywhere on your body. The heat is a nice feature. Some reviews thought it wasn’t hot enough, but I think it’s fine! It’s enough to notice the warmth and have a cozy, relaxed feeling on muscles. After all it’s a massager not a heating pad people lol. Not sure how long this device will last…but my first impression was that it seemed sturdy and worth the $. Hopefully this saves a lot of money in the long run not paying for massages!! It is truly an instant relief.

Best Massager Ever!!!!!
This is the BEST massager !!! I love it !!!!I have alot of neck & shoulders pain, the very first time I used it, I was hooked. The straps allow you to move it where you want it & apply pressure. It Also works great on my back too. The heat is mild to moderate, but the 16 knobs really work out the kinks and relieved my pain 💯 I like how it rotates inward, and then stops a moment to then rotate outward. I let my family members try it, they loved it too. They all bought one too. It stops automatically after 15 minutes as stated in description. And that’s generally all I need per use. When I needed more, I restarted it without heat and it continued to work just fine. I Love it and I Highly Recommend this product!!!

Everyone needs one
Wow wow wow !!! I have been in agony now for about 2-3 months with head, neck & shoulder pain . I suffer terribly with anxiety disorder and it doesn’t help as I’m always tense. I purchased this after reading some reviews , I was about 50% hopeful it could help me . After my first go I actually felt some relief ! The tension eased and the aches and pains subdued. . The best $35 I’ve ever spent ! My husband is happy as I won’t keep pestering him for a shoulder & neck massage lol I don’t have a spare $50 a month to go for massages and believe me with this massager I won’t need to .Do not buy if you want a softly softly massage as this isn’t for you , this massager gets deep into your tissue and really gives it some welly . .The only negative in my eyes is its not cordless , but i can deal with that . Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good deep tissue massage at a very very reasonable price.

Clicking noise
Got you — here’s the updated version focused only on a refund:This neck massager really isn’t that good. From the moment I started using it, it kept making loud, repetitive clicking noises that completely disrupt any sense of peace or relaxation. After a long day of work, the whole point is to unwind, but the sound is so distracting that it does the opposite. I’ve tried adjusting it and giving it multiple chances, but the noise never stops and it’s honestly frustrating. Because of this ongoing issue, I don’t feel like I received the quality I paid for, and at this point I believe I should receive a refund since the product isn’t functioning the way it should.

Man I wish I would have bought this massager sooner! Feels super good the pressure points are on point. And the heat is good not too hot. It does relief my tension on my back. The duration is decent last a good time. I would probably recommend this product instead of going to get a massage with someone else. And it’s portable you can use it while you are in the car perfect for a roadtrip.

Ho provato questo massaggiatore per il collo dopo giornate intense al computer e devo dire che fa davvero la differenza! Le testine rotanti simulano un vero massaggio shiatsu, sciogliendo le tensioni in pochi minuti. Il calore integrato è un plus che migliora la sensazione di relax. Un po’ ingombrante da portare in viaggio, ma perfetto da usare sul divano o alla scrivania. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!
