Why do I get different readings on different devices?
Readings may vary due to cuff fit, movement, stress, and time of day. All devices are different. A reading from the Dario device, compared to another device, could yield a different outcome. This device is FDA cleared for accuracy.
My results seem incorrect. What should I do?
Ensure the cuff is properly placed, stay still, and avoid caffeine, smoking, or exercise 30 mins before testing. If the results still seem off, contact DarioHealth support.
The cuff is too big/small. What should I do? And how do I measure my arm circumference?
The cuff fits the circumference of 8.75 – 16.5”. To measure, wrap a tape around your upper arm, midway between shoulder and elbow, keeping it snug but not tight. Place the cuff 0.8 – 1.2” above the elbow; two fingers should fit under.
How do I take proper measurements?
Sit straight, feet flat, arm on a table. Ensure the cuff is at heart level. Check if the tube is fully inserted into the air socket. Don’t force it. Ensure it’s not twisted or blocked. Stay still and press “START/STOP”.
Who should not use this monitor?
Avoid use if pregnant, under 12, intoxicated, or on certain medications such as NSAIDs like ibuprofen and naproxen, decongestants, antidepressants and birth control pills. Consult a physician if unsure.

This Blood Pressure is Monitor is so simple and easy to use. The display is large, easy to see and very accurate. I love the Bluetooth capability. It’s great to be able to download the readings and have it available for my doctor! Great device for the price!

Measures, stores, and transmits data to shared emails.
Works well and has adjustable cuff.Best thing about it is the Bluetooth capability and excellent software that allow you to keep daily records which can be sent to your doctor over email. It has data logs and bar graphs that I have stored for 6 months now.

Works great so far. Readings have been accurate. The Bluetooth connection is a good tool. Easy to pair with the iPhone. Just need to download the free Dario app. Easy to do. It logs in the readings and allows you to add notes on those readings (dizzy, stressed, etc). Make sure the phone is with you when you take the BP so it transmits to the app. If you don’t have the phone handy and it does not transit, the next time you take a BP with the phone nearby it will transmit all that data that failed to transmit the first time. Definitely worth the extra cost from the cheaper alternatives.

If you’re looking for a blood pressure monitor just to take your blood pressure, this is not the one- way too expensive for that. I purchased this for the bluetooth feature thinking I would be able to see a list of my blood pressures to show my doctor and go on my merry way- was I ever wrong!! Do not purchase this for the app and bluetooth feature unless you want to answer a number of personal questions such as your sex, birthday, height, weight, etc. You can’t use the app without answering these questions first- ‘skip’ is not an option…and in order to install the app, you have to get a verification code and the only way to get that code is to provide Dario with a mobile phone number- a landline number doesn’t work!! Once you pair your machine and see your blood pressures, you can’t delete them like you can with some other bluetooth BP monitors-believe me I’ve tested some. You can enter manual blood pressures – but don’t make a mistake! This app is not solely for blood pressures- it’s more of a health app and of course, other features come with $$ attached. Too many personal questions about one’s lifestyle, smoking, alcohol consumption, how to manage stress, how to relax at work, mealtime consumption, medications, etc….frankly none of Dario’s business just to get my blood pressures uploaded via bluetooth. Oh- but they keep your information confidential— but what if their company gets sold?? then where does my information end up!? and just to let you know, you can’t delete your account online- you have to call their support line!I’ve already returned this monitor because I’m not interested in maneuvering through their app with features I don’t want and providing Dario with personal information they don’t need just for blood pressures!! It’s not worth $74.32 (with tax) just to take blood pressures and not use their app. There are plenty of decent, less inexpensive monitors to do that. I do not recommend this blood pressure monitor at all!!I called their support line only to get redirected to send my request via email to delete my information which I did. Dario then emailed me a form to fill out and submit to them.

Simple and Accurate
I love the simplicity and accuracy with the large display. My only complaint is that the readings do not always readily transfer to the app— even with a strong connection. You may have to close the app after the machine turns off, and upon next app Awakening, the reading will be recorded.
