Nice multitasking Labtop pretty fast and seems reliable will see in the long run
Great feeling Labtop was a gift for my wife and she loves it only complain that the Batterry life doesn’t last as long as you would expect other than that the performance is top tier sound quality is good and the screen quality is perfect it’s a value for your money Durability will have to wait and see too soon to rate Durability the speed is very fast and multitasking is a breeze with this Dell Labtop so far so good we will see in the long run.

Received laptop and immediately started setting it up. then boom, BSOD, black screen of death. Used to be blue, now its black. Spent a day with DELL support trying to figure out if it was hardware or software related because every time you tried to run a diagnostic it would crash. Finally got a hardware diagnostic to run and the hardware came back clean with no issues. That means its software. Most likely some system files are corrupted. Took about 10 hours to reinstall the OS from the web and rebuilt the OS. Let’s hope others don’t have to go through what I did.UPDATE! After speaking to DELL tech support, it seems the 1TB harddrive that came orginally from DELL was swapped out for a 512GB harddrive. It seems this drive is what is causing the BSOD. The seller should have been aware of this.

Nice Performance, Good Build QualityThe Dell laptop arrived safely and packaging was good. Performance is smooth for daily tasks like browsing, office work, and videos. SSD makes the system fast. Display resolution is average but acceptable for home use. Overall, a reliable laptop from Dell.
