Great balance of price & performance
Very nice edge to edge display, clear and bright. Lightweight makes it easily portable. Great value for the cost. Performs tasks quickly. Overall a great laptop for general family use and web browsing.

Verify Hard Drive Size
Advertised as having a 1TB hard drive. Arrived with only a 500GB hard drive. Only discovered this after hours of setup and data transfer. The laptop itself is perfect and works well, and I’ll probably just keep it and live with the 500GB drive. But make sure you check it out before keeping it.

Good starter you can upgrade if needed
Love this laptop. No soldered memory and perfect for dev work. The keyboard is really good, and it’s very upgradeable. Very pleased with the purchase.

We don’t always need to fear new things even when the knowledge of the subject is minimal.
I am not a person experienced in technology, but I had to upgrade to windows 11 and my existing computer would not be able to except windows 11. I am also an elderly person set in my ways, and I don’t like change. I was scared to make that change. I was blessed to have my brother from Georgia come to visit me in west Virginia and just in time and I did not know that he was coming. His career was with IBM and he was there to help me set it up and I was so thankful. It is working great, and I have gotten over my fear and disgust. and I can now do the things that I need to do on my new Dell laptop.

No sound through internal built in speakers!Both Dell and Microsoft could not fix even with remote access to computer. 6 hours later both companies suggested that maybe there were no speakers installed in laptop!Returned laptop.
