Great deal!
Based on other reviews it looks like buying these renewed laptops can be a bit of a gamble. Maybe I lucked out, but I believe that I received a very nice laptop for the price. Buying a new laptop is confusing because of all of the different choices and stats that hardly translate to real world use, so I felt like writing this review.Cons – I wanted it to have the carbon fiber design on the screen/lid, but it looks like they placed a black protective film over the OEM outer surface. Im guessing that they did this to hide blemishes. It looks decent, but it is not as good as the factory finish. I received it with a third party charger.Pros – Your experience may vary, but my laptop came with a very good battery life. My laptop also looks pretty new. It was packaged really well. I really had to look hard to see any signs of wear. The system had less bloatware on it compared to any other new laptop I’ve purchased in the past. The laptop is quiet, lightweight, and more powerful compared to others in the same price range. Great for office related tasks, browsing, and older games. Basically this laptop should be good for 90% of people. The connectivity and charging is great with the two thunderbolt ports. I run dual 27” monitors for a total of three screens with no problem and I only use one thunderbolt port to charge and connect to everything through a USBC docking station. Enough RAM to have many things going on without it slowing down. The 512 GB SSD storage was very preferred over a moving hard drive which I have always seen to be one of the first things that fail on a computer. The build quality is also slightly superior compared to a new laptop in a similar price range. For example, the keys are backlit and feel great. The screen hinges are durable. The body feels rigid. This is basically a no frills office workhorse that has everything that most people need at a very decent price. It also feels nice to give a second life to something being recycled. I have a general trust for Dell business laptops because I have used them for work for over a decade with little to no problems.

Great ‘bang for the buck’ – don’t overlook these lightly used systems.
Here’s the good, bad & ugly.First the good: fairly fast delivery of a almost new (seems to be merely missing ‘Dell’ branded packaging) fairly new laptop. An i7/16GB/1TB in a 13″ sub-notebook or ‘ultrabook’ formfactor. Keyboard is usable and trackpad is small enough to not get in the way. BIG BONUS of TWO Thunderbolt ports AND USBC power. All of this in a ~$320USD package. What’s not to like? The not-so-good (read ‘bad’) might be considered ‘the screen’. It is ONLY 1080P and not the brightest or fastest response time. However what does one expect from an “office computer”? It is at least IPS and viewable from many angles. As far as the ‘ugly’ is concerned, outside of forgetting about any “games” on this office system, it came with WIN11-Pro which MIGHT be of interest to some/many users however as soon as I got my Dell 13″ I booted Linux Mint and wiped the 1TB SSD and installed LM on it. (I have no use for WIN of any flavor!)In conclusion the system is “zippy”, lightweight and is a quality build. It would be nary impossible to find a “new” system with the specification sheet this system sports for < $1500USD.Sure outside of normal 'wear & tear' a laptop's battery & SSD can wear out. Both of which are replaceable on this system.I have no quams with purchasing 'referbished' computers.

Premium refurbished is not Premium
Very disappointed, I placed the order by February 14, got the computer with a broken screen, contact seller, got a request to send it back, got a second computer with a very strong fan noise and a battery almost dead ( 1.5hrs expected working time ), I did get in touch with the seller one more time on Mar 5, and yesterday I got the request to send this second computer back for a replacement or a refund. So after almost a month on this process I am not feeling that if they send a third computer, it will work as expected, plus for this whole process if they finally send a third working usable computer it will already be more than a month since I did the purchase. I was expecting to have it in just 8 days from the purchase date back on February 14.I will not purchase any more items from this seller and I do not see myself sending back this computer and wait another 1 or 2 weeks more to get another damaged computer. The refund will not compensate for my waiting time and frustration with this purchase.Besides that, as shown on other reviews, the description of the laptop is mentioning that the computer is coming with Microsoft Office, not true, as the laptop comes with Libre Office, and after asking about this issue they say that I can download Microsoft Office front Internet, so this description is misleading.I will take the laptop to a local shop to have the Fan and battery fixed.

Win11 not pre-installed
Shiped promptly. Latop is in great shape.Maybe I missed it in the description, but I expected it to come with win11 already installed. It did come with instructions for how to get that installed, and it is a free upgrde. So…not complaining here. Just making others aware. All in all. A great purchase. This laptop is working out fine for my needs, and I would buy from this seller again.

Poor battery
The laptop is good but the battery life is low. It only lasts about 3 hours instead.

BEST BARGAIN EEEEEVER………..
Faster than my Surface -pro 7, which has a I 7 CPU processor, The purchased unit also has a HUUUUUGE capacity for storage as well as more than enough ramm to zip thru many tasks at once. The unit is a refurb from a company in MD, which sells thru Amazon, and I will buy from these guys again, and if I did not know that it was sold as a refurb, I would have assumed it was brand new, no blemishes, no marks, the unit was throughly cleaned, started right away. It is a Dell product, it delivers, light, has all the tools needed for a mid/high work, gaing included, all for under $350.00
