Lots of dings and scratches
Lots of cosmetic issues. Yeah it’s refurbished but I did expect it to look new. Functionality seems great though. Im not impressed with Win 11. While booting up for the first time, it got stuck in a well known loop and I was already having to find a solution. Microsoft should fix this.

Kind of made me a little jealous of how quick it is.Comes with HDMI port which is super important for running an extra monitorThe size is great for a college student.

Aesthetics not excellent as described
Performance is good, as it needs to be, but aestheticly, it’s lousy. Product listed as excellent, but seller does’nt specify that the laptop is wrapped with some kind of skin, and edges we’re all sticky. When i tried taking of the skin, the original paint of the palmrest, came off with it. Hey, I now refurbished is coin toss, but if you describe product as excellent and don’t let your costumers know the laptop comes with visible aesthetic flaws, hidden with a skin, it’s obvious some will get pisse off.

The computer won’t read my external hard drive which is working perfectly fine on my other laptop. The whole reason I got this computer was to transfer everything off of my external hard drive to save and share my music, photos, and videos.
