Nice condition’s, touch screen works and everything but the battery life was 50% so I need to replace it everything else works fine.

Excellent laptop for the price
Arrived as described in excellent condition. Looks like new and runs great. Best battery I have ever had in a refurb. I realize that refurbs are a bit of “luck of the draw” but I would definitely recommend this unit if they are still available.

Good laptop for office works and daily use. not for gaming but enough to help you earn enough money to buy an actual gaming laptop. Use it well and it will last you longer. And also worth the price.

An excellent buy!
Arrived safely, a day early. It looks and feels brand new. Worked right out of the box, installed with Win 11 Pro. A *lot* faster than my current ancient laptop! It turns itself on as soon as I open the lid. Nicely backlit keyboard. No DVD drive, and it only has a single USB-A port, but there’s a USB-C/Thunderbolt port too, which was handy when installing software from an external DVD drive. Battery was about 2/3 charged when it arrived. I’ve not yet used it much, so I can’t really comment on the battery life. Very pleased with it so far. I’d recommend it.

Motherboard Failed
The motherboard failed after less than 20 times using the laptop. Local tech repair stated it was likely caused by the charger shipped with the laptop. It appears there was a short in the charger which affected the motherboard. Contacted seller. Returned laptop. Seller confirmed motherboard failure. No refund offered. Rather an offer to pay an additional $200 to replace motherboard. No mention about replacing the charger. Still hoping for a reasonable outcome.

Clean, fast, and easy to set up!
I am in the tech field, so I knew that this had the specs I wanted. I had read other reviews and saw that many were happy, some complained about the condition. Well I want to say that the condition of this was excellent- if I didn’t know better I would have thought it was new. It was basically ready to use- just turned it on, answered a few questions and I was up and running. No scratches or dings. The only issue I see is that the magnet does not engage easily on closing- so you have to take care to close it gently a couple of times to have it engage. This is not really a problem unless you run out of battery. But you should always be aware of that, anyway. Also- received it in 1 day! Even though it was scheduled to come in 3 days! Very happy that I paid 1/4 of what I paid for my last laptop and so far I like it better!!!

Laptop is very good. The 14″ size is kinda smallish but good and manageable. Very fast.
