What should be noted during use to prevent the dressing from falling off?

Stretching the dressing during use will cause deformation and tension, which may cause the dressing to fall off. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid stretching the dressing as much as possible to ensure that it fits firmly.

What is the maximum use time of each silicone foam dressing? How to determine whether it needs to be replaced?

The maximum use period of each silicone foam dressing is 7 days. When the exudate approaches the edge of the dressing core and the dressing core is saturated, the dressing needs to be replaced.

Reliable, Comfortable Wound Dressing That Really Works
I’ve been very impressed with the Dimora Silicone Foam Dressing with Border Adhesive. These bandages are truly waterproof, lightweight, and extremely comfortable to wear, even around a sensitive surgical site. They handle wound drainage well without leaking, stay securely in place, and don’t irritate my skin at all, which is a huge plus for extended wear. The silicone adhesive removes cleanly and pain-free, and the fast shipping was an added bonus. My only downside is the price, which feels a bit high, but the quality, comfort, and reliability make them worth it for proper wound care.

A well-designed product for skin care and protection.
Good product, comfortable and of good quality. The size is suitable and covers the sacral area well. The foam is soft and absorbent, and the silicone adhesive adheres well without irritating the skin upon removal. It is also waterproof and breathable

    Great bandage
These wound dressings are really great. They covered my surgical incision perfectly and protected it. It absorbed drainage and kept it off of my skin. They stay put as well. Even in physical therapy they stayed in place.

    Does not stick to wound
I had a minor procedure on my inner thigh but no stitches or sutures. I was told to use paper tape which sucked. The next day I was given these bandages by my dr but I ran out so of course I ran to Amazon for more. Although these are smaller in size they are so much better. A lot of reviews complained that the whole bandage is sticky but that did not stick to my wound. My wound was about half inch long and about 1 cm deep and in the first couple days it drained a lot. I was scared at first to change it but to my surprise it did not stick. The bandage did absorb a lot and it was absolutely painless. I wear scrubs for work and the only reason I don’t mark 5 stars is because the edges kept rolling in through the day. I only found that it would stay in place if I wore spank short underneath. I sure if I had to use it somewhere else with less friction I’d have no problem. Trust me the sticky surface DOES NOT STICK TO THE WOUND!!

Gentle Yet Effective – A Must-Have for Wound Care
Caring for my bedridden father, I needed high-quality dressings for a pressure sore that developed on his lower back (sacrum area). These Dimora Sacrum Foam Bandages have been a blessing for us. They are specifically shaped for the sacral area (kind of a tapered heart shape) and are quite large (7” x 7”), so they cover the whole tailbone region completely. When I first applied one, I was impressed by how well it conformed to the contours of the body and how secure it was. The bandage has a gentle silicone adhesive border that sticks firmly to the skin without causing irritation. Even on delicate, elderly skin, it adhered well but was painless to remove – it doesn’t tear the skin or leave a sticky mess. The foam pad in the center is thick and super absorbent. It managed to soak up drainage from the sore and keep it contained, which meant his skin around it stayed drier and cleaner. The dressing is also waterproof, so we could do quick sponge baths and even a careful shower without worrying – it stayed in place and kept the area dry. We change it out every couple of days or as needed, and each removal has been trauma-free; my father doesn’t wince or complain at all when I take one off, which is a relief. Most importantly, these bandages have really helped his sore heal. Over a couple of weeks of consistent use, we noticed the pressure ulcer gradually improving – it looked less angry and began to shrink. I attribute that to the bandage providing a protected, moist healing environment and cushioning the area from further friction. They’re also great for preventing new sores; we sometimes apply a fresh one proactively if we notice any red spots starting on pressure points. Each pack comes with multiple bandages (we got 5 in our box), making it cost-effective for ongoing care compared to the single ones we were buying at the local pharmacy for a higher price per piece. I am thoroughly impressed with Dimora’s sacrum dressings. They have taken a lot of stress out of wound care at home and, most importantly, brought comfort and healing to my father For anyone nursing a loved one with bedsores or if you need a sacral dressing post-surgery, these are top-notch. Definitely a five-star product in my experience.

    Great bandage for sensitive wounds
These are great bandages that stick where you want and don’t stick to the wound. They also provide cushion to the wound. I would highly recommend.

Very comfortable bandage for the patient
Dimora bandages are the best I’ve used for a large would. They are soft and easy to apply, they protect the wound and help healing take place, they are waterproof. I highly recommend.

    Wound dressing
They are as advertised. The box only come with ten. And while they are the largest size available, I think, it would be great if they had larger ones or ones that covered a larger area. Also, no directions included. What way goes up? Down? I don’t know.

Good quality dressing. Both adhered and absorbed as required. Would not cope with heavy wound discharge. Did not cause reaction on highly sensitive skin which was a major positive.
