Was looking for a phone for my 100 year old mom in the nursing home that she could use to call us anytime.It gives her comfort to be able to keep in touch.this phone with the 5.00 a month plan from Speedtalk Mobile was it!Could not be easier to use and set up.Recommend for anyone with elderly love ones that wants to keep in touch!

Only lasted a year…
We bought this as a simplistic kids phone, and it worked great for that while it lasted. After a year it started randomly shutting off when jostled (loose battery?), and then it stopped charging altogether, so it’s useless at this point. For something this simple I would expect it to be a lot more durable.

Great Phone Overall, But Having a Bit Of a Big Issue
Got this phone as a way to remove the big time suck that is modern smartphones, and apparently even “modern” flip phones (internet access, YouTube, etc)For this purpose, it’s been great so far; feel so much more at peace, getting a lot more done, and overall just feeling more fulfilled in life vs. just wasting it with cheap dopamine fixes.My only issue with the phone so far is that for some reason it keeps on accidentally calling 911 (emergency services) Me being only 26 and healthy, I wish there was a way to somehow turn this feature off; because at the moment I feel like I can’t even keep the phone in my pocket for fear that it will call 911.If the seller/manufacturer is looking at this; please help.Thank you.UPDATE: Phone is overall still working well, but am noticing that the cell service occasionally drops for no reason; causing me to have to restart the phone. Also am noticing that I’m not receiving some calls. My business/work life isn’t highly dependent on people calling me, and the fact that it works most of the time (plus the benefits I listed above) I would say it’s still worth it; but the manufacturer needs to figure out how to fix that issue since I noticed it in other reviews as well.

Fantastic safe and dumb phone!
As a family, we don’t use any devices. Our children don’t have tablets, cellphones, iPads or access to TV freely. I wanted a phone without a camera, without internet and simple enough to use for the rare occasions where my 11 yo son is without me. Sadly, this proved to be a very difficult task. Even modern flip phones have YouTube and internet access. After much research my mom sent me a link to this one. What a fabulous gadget this is! Super easy to set up, to activate the SIM card online. The phone is very intuitive for being so simple. It does have an FM radio option as well as alarm and calculator. Best hidden feature?! You can lock all of those functions. So my son literally can only call me or receive my call.It brings all the necessary accessories: charger, cable, chord to hang it, SIM card and manual. The quality of the call is fantastic! Couldn’t ask for more- amazing little phone!

so so phone, don’t buy the warranty.
It was fairly easy to use. Bought it for my elderly father. It died after 2 months. I made the mistake of purchasing the warranty. Turns out it has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Seller is difficult to contact, has a phone # in India. Amazon is helping me out on the issue even though it’s past their return window.

Got this for my 75-year-old husband who refuses to learn iPhone. Will be asking for a return and credit tomorrow morning.1) “Easy to slide off” back a nightmare. Needed 3 jeweler’s type instruments to leverage apart and ‘slide’ off. Form is too small and slick to ‘slide’ off.2) Slot for nanoSIM has no indication of how the SIM card is to fit into slot. Directional w/location of notch all fine and good, but needed to mind-read to figure out how to get the SIM in contact inside of little metal bracket.3) Memory card! WTF? Is this absolutely required for the successful operation of this EASYfone? If so, why is one not included with purchase? No indication in manual, videos, etc. as to whether phone will operate without extra memory.4) Battery charging: no indication of how long it takes for battery to charge in videos or manual or quick set-up. After 5 hours in the charging stand, I expected SOME juice for continuing set-up – NADA. Yes, I confirmed upon first placing in charger that stand and phone were in contact. Got the little icon showing charging happening. 2nd attempt to charge and get some action using direct USB-C plug into bottom of phone. Same false promise with friendly little charging icon. Nothing.5) Checked website link as provided on Amazon site for this product – yep, not in English and no apparent menu for customer help/service.This looked like the PERFECT solution to providing telephone service for someone who does not want the iPhone (XR), but sadly, no.

Acquistato perché a casa di mia madre la rete gsm era pressoché assente, ho installato un ripetitore domestico sempre su Amazon (che funziona benissimo) ma il telefono cellulare che già possedeva, essendo un 2g ed avendo una SIM iliad, non prendeva nulla; ho quindi acquistato questo cellulare in 4 g… Ha iniziato a prendere benissimo appena acceso, il massimo, ma purtroppo durante le chiamate si sentiva un fastidiosissimo eco di voce , tanto da rendere difficoltosa la chiamata. L’ho reso e sostituito con un modello identico che per i primi giorni ha funzionato benissimo ma poi ha presentato lo stesso identico problema. Ho reso anche quest’ultimo e ho acquistato un modello completamente diverso che ad ora funziona benissimo. Peccato perché è un cellulare molto semplice per le persone anziane , resistente e funzionale. Forse costa un po’ troppo, alla fine si tratta di un modello idoneo per chiamate SMS e poco più.10 e lode al servizio resi di Amazon. Rimborso accreditato il giorno stesso del ritiro del pacco sull’account di Amazon.
