Sleep Monitor
Heart Monitor
As a home-use personal sleep monitor with breathing airflow recording capability, the device gives you an affordable and efficient way to measure your sleep condition. The advanced AI algorithm will have in-depth analysis on the collected data and generate a professional respiratory report.
Built-in three sensors in a probe to measure, record and analyze airflow to accurately monitor breathing. It starts to work right after you put it on with real-time monitoring. The appearance of the smooth waveform implies a normal breath, while any anomaly of the waveform indicates that a respiratory event is occurring and being analyzed.
Check the sleep information through the app to analyze your nighttime breathing and see the way it changes after waking up in the morning. Understand all your sleep details in a clear way to monitor the occurrence of respiratory events and improve overall sleep health.
The mask is made of food-grade silicone and is designed to achieve a perfect facial fit using three sizes of high elastic straps for all-night comfort. The small size and lightweight (10g) make it easier to wear and carry. Convenient to use at home or while traveling.
IMPORTANT NOTES Before Purchasing: 1. Can not be used with C-P-A-P mask at the same time. 2. Designed to monitor nasal breathing, not recommended for mouth breather. 3. Not for SpO2 / Pulse Rate recording. 4. Monitor your sleep breathing data (flow, AHI, snoring, etc) only, not helping you to breathe. 5. Can not replace doctor’s diagnosis.

Quality product and easy to use with comprehensive sleep reports
It was easy to set up the app and it easily connected to the mask. The straps are comfortable to the point I barely feel them and they are easy to adjust. The mask took a minute or two to get used to since I don’t normally have a mask over my nose but it was not uncomfortable which was a pleasant surprise. The summary report breaks down apnea and hypopnea which was a new term for me. Interesting to see how one’s sleep position affects these readings. Amazed that this mask can tell one’s sleep positions. When you take home a sleep monitor kit from a doctor which I did one time then you must sleep a full 6 hours to generate a report. I like that EMAY’s monitor starts recording right away and you’ll get a report even if you sleep less than 6 hours. The monitor from the doctor only tells about that one night whereas one can use EMAY’s mask over and over to see if there’s a trend or if the reports vary from one night to the next and so on. It’s good that if one does feel there’s a problem with sleep apnea that you can show a doctor the reports recorded over a period of time instead of just one night.

Provides very good information
Pretty impressive for the price.I have a number of different sleep devices, but I never had anything that checked snoring level and apnea. My dentist keep talking to me about enrolling in a sleep clinic, but I know it costs a fortune so I wasn’t interested. (and didn’t think I needed it). But I was curious if I had a problem or not. This device will give you a ton of information about snoring, apnea, deep sleep, light light sleep, breathing levels and more. It let you see everything in a one page report.I’m sure the sleep clinic would have cost thousands for this info. Plus, I always thought, am I going to be able to sleep good overnight at some strange medical office? Also, it’s so lightweight on your nose, you can hardly feel it. That was a big concern of mine. If it felt weird I would have returned it, but it felt fine.Super easy to use and the app is easy to understand. If you have sleep or snoring issues including apnea, this will allow you to diagnose it yourself. I included a photo of the report. It’s a good product if you think you need something like this.

Easy to use and comfortable.
I have been using the Emay Sleep Breathing Monitor for almost a month now and have done five overnight tests. Results were very consistent. The monitor recorded many hypopnea events and several apnea events. The reportmentioned snoring events, but I was not able to collect much information on them. Apparently, there were noprolonged snoring events. The device paired almost instantly with my phone and stayed connected the entire night. It even stayed connectedduring a bathroom break, when the phone was separated from the monitor. The power connector was magnetic and snapped right into place. My only concern is whether I can buy a replacement if it is ever damaged. It is very important to position the mask correctly over your nose. Once positioned, the ear bands held it in placethe entire night – even during several shifts from right-side to left-side sleep positions. The mask was comfortable. It got more and more comfortable as the sleep tests progressed. I guess I got used to the monitor being in place.I didn’t see the disclaimer that the monitor was not for “mouth-breathers”. I feel that I am one, but apparently enough passes through my nose to register what looked like meaningful results.Sleep study parameters consist of three values: AHI (events per hour), event frequency, and oxygen saturation. This monitor doesmonitors the first two and Emay’s SpO2 monitor handles the oxygen saturation. The exported graph is a pdf file and, by nature, static. The report gives you an overall sense of events, but it is hard toget the same level of detail that you can see on the phone’s screen. The report on the phone allows very detailed analysis (probably more than is needed), and it is easy to use. I was unable to get the app to switch to landscape mode, which would have made looking at the graph even easier. I still was not able to discern the snoring report. There were spikes, but I couldn’t tell if they were general noise (tossing and turning) or snoring events. All in all, the Emay Sleep Breathing Monitor is a very interesting device. I think the data it collects is informative. Everyone says that it is for informational purposes and does not replace a formal sleep study, however, I would love to try this in parallel with a home sleep study is prescribed by a doctor.Lastly, I would find it very interesting to have a manual that describes the measured parameters and how they are collected.5-STARS

Collects helpful sleep data
This gives so much helpful data of hypoapnea and apnea events. Very easy to set up on my phone and the device is very comfortable to wear at night. I think this will be helpful to share with my doctor as we come up with a care plan to treat my condition. It is also good to compare the data with what my Apple Watch is recording as well.
