Great chair for the money.
Only had this about a week but it’s a very comfortable chair for the $$. The seat cushion is decent but the lumbar and neck support are A+. Tilt is also excellent if you want to kick back in your office and put your feet up and match a little TV. The seat is wide enough to move around even if you’re a 6’ tall guy. Base is powder-coated, welded steel so it’s very sturdy. Putting it together was very easy and required no special tools. A T-handle wrench is included for assembly, otherwise any 5mm hex will do. NOTES: The neck support is optional if you’d rather have a mid-back design.

Good product
I’ve been using this chair for a little while now, and it’s comfortable for everyday work. The mesh back provides decent support and breathability, and the headrest is a nice extra for longer sitting sessions. The seat cushion feels firm enough without being uncomfortable, and the armrests are adjustable to a reasonable range.Assembly was straightforward, and everything feels stable so far. I’m honestly impressed with this chair! It was easy to put together (took me about 20 minutes) and feels super sturdy. Great chair for long hours of work!
I’ve been using this chair for a while now and I’m really happy with it. The back support is excellent — the lumbar support actually works and makes a big difference during long work sessions. The mesh back is breathable, and the seat cushion is soft but supportive, so it doesn’t hurt after sitting for hours.The headrest is easy to adjust and comfortable, and the chair feels sturdy overall. Assembly was simple too. For this price, the quality is honestly much better than I expected. Highly recommend if you work from home or need a comfortable office chair.

Excellent value and comfort, difficult to assemble.
The chair is great, especially for this low cost. After assembly, it feels sturdy and provides plenty of neck and back support.Be warned though, assembly is a nightmare. If you’ve assembled chairs before, you know the process is generally pretty quick since all the main pieces come prepared to insert together. With this chair literally everything comes separately. At least the instructions are fairly clear.

Overall Comfort is OK
Every review I understand is from the perspective of the person writing it. But there are some obvious issues others I have had sit in this chair have pointed out on their own. One of the major issues I and others have pointed out are the legs are way too long and protrude out from the base too far making them a hazard to your feet when moving around on the floor. The cushion thickness is rather thin but then again perspective as I am 6’3″ and 234lbs. The instructions for assembly are very well done, as a retired trainer for a major appliance manufacturer they are written in a “Cartoon Format” that most people have no issues following from start to completion. The lumbar support is nice for the most part for everyone i had test the chair. Sturdiness of the product is very good overall. The real only complaints I have are that the legs being too long seem to pose a tripping or foot-hazard and the seat cushion is not what they claim in the add online.

Good for average adult, NOT Big and Tall
Assembly was fine, and the included tool to tighten the bolts is great (T-Shape).It looks good, like in the picture, and the black matches my other chairs from other makes.But this is NOT a “Big and Tall” Chair.It also doesn’t seem to be intended for up to 400 LBs as claimed, but, other than the overall height with headrest, which is good, it seems more like a small adult chair (like 5′ 8″ 250 lbs?). The cushion is way too short for the ideal “waterfall”/supporting the legs up to the knees.The chair seems like it would be sturdy for a typical adult, but makes an occasional slight creak when sat on by someone bigger and taller and doesn’t seem “rock solid not going anywhere” like the prior chair it is supposed to replace.Seems comfortable for someone not as tall and not big, though.

Mala calidad eb general pero mas malo el respaldo que trae para la espalda baja, nunca se queda fijo y al final ya a 3 dias de que se acabo la ventana para devoluciones se rompe, y sin posibilidad de algún arreglo ya que esa parte tiene una “curva” que hace imposible pegarla y que quede bien.Sin duda difieren los acabados a cono se ve en las fotos, si requieren una silla pata largas sesiones esta no es una opción.
