Not alot of heat output. I really had to hold it down on my shoulder with some pressure to feel the slightest heat. The massage features were decent overall 1.2 stars

Nice but need more heat!
I am recover From rotator cuff surgery and find the heat element doesn’t get as warm as I’d like, even on the high setting. I wish that the heat would cover more surface on the back of my shoulder blade since I get tight and painful there also.

Useful- frozen Shoulder pain
I have been having Frozen Shoulder pain for couple of weeks. I bought this product couple of days back and I have been using it for 4-6 hours per day .I have been noticing significant improvement on my shoulder pain.I recommend this product- it has 3 heat setting, also 3 vibration setting.Only downside is- after using it about 3 hours I need to recharge it again- which is fine.
