My Fire Stick works well, but don’t we all want things to work better? If you want your Fire Stick to work better, get this product. If you have the ability to hook it up directly to the router, I’d say do it. You will be very impressed. Talk about instant connection and easy hookup—wow, so worth it! Get yourself a good internet cable. Always measure; bigger is better. Then, get yourself this Ethernet adapter, go through the connection steps, and be ready for your Fire Stick to come to life instantly. The Fire Stick worked better—like zero to a hundred times better. 4K is 4K. The image on my TV was too clear, and the speed—zoom, zoom, zoom—way faster! So impressed by how much better it was. Also, I bought this brand because it has connection yellow and green lights, so you know it’s working. A++ for this product for easy install, very quick connections (it sets itself up automatically), and for the quality of how it’s made. Also, I keep my Fire Stick in front of my TV, which keeps the heat down. Easy to disconnect to take it on trips. Plus, now with this adapter, I never need to reach behind the TV if there’s an issue. Worked first, then it didn’t. Then was able to make it work
It did not come with any user guide nor any troubleshooting guide that could have helped when it stopped working.It worked at first setup, but it stopped working the next time we used it, fire tv stick did not detect the wired connection, it is only connecting wirelessly. Tried resetting Fire TV stick several times, changing LAN cables, LAN ports, resetted the home network, but still did not work. Tried several times to turn on & off the TV (using TV’s remote), still did not work.My non-smart TV also has a LAN port that is also connected to the home network (wired). Disconnected it, and unplugged the TV (from the power cable, so the TV is not just on standby). Reconnected everything. Finally it worked!Must have had a conflict in the network. Maybe. Have never tried to plug the TV’s LAN port to the network again to check what will happen. Besides we have no more use for them anyway, since we now have a wired connection via this adapter.After almost a month, it is still working.

Quit working after two weeks.
Plugs and play on Firestick 4k and got 480 mbps. However after about two weeks. I started to notice more buffering. I then checked my speed so now it was 98 mbps. I tried resetting all connections. Right after I attempted that I couldn’t get it to be recognized again. I switched to my old 100mbps and it recognized and connected. I attempted this a couple of times. Would never recognize the 1000mbps adapter. When I checked the adapter out it seem to be loose at the wire on the adapter itself. Possible poor enter wire connection. So I would not recommend buying this adapter.

This 1000 ethernet adapter increased my Firestick speed considerably, I was using the Amazon adapter and I saw alot of improvement after hooking this up . Great purchase, good price. No regrets at all ., I recommend it to anyone looking to get more speed from their Firestick .
