Great sound quality
My mother has dementia and is very hard of hearing but won’t wear hearing aids. We bought her another phone that said it was for loud conversations and had nine picture buttons to call family, but the sound quality was horrible. She could never understand what we were saying. As soon as I plugged in this phone and set up the 3 memory picture button and called my sister, my Mom could hear and understand every word she was saying , even with the TV on loud! It is wonderful! The best money we ever spent! Buy this phone for your hard of hearing family members!

So Far – Happy Happy Joy Joy!
I could not be happier! Many days, my elderly Mother would not hand up the cordless phone and I was faced with busy signals until I would make a special trip to hang up the phone. I read that some with older parents felt that they did better with the corded phone. It worked! My Mom answered the phone by pressing the nice big yellow button and hung up pressing the nice big yellow button! Hopefully, no more busy signals.
