Worked well for 3 uses. Then stopped working. Changed battery and light works, but rotary head doesn’t move to remove facial hair.I figured out that the head needed to be rinsed out of hair and then it worked.

I was not expecting much with the size and price point but I was definitely wrong. I’ve been dealing with the “lovely” chin hair growth that seems to happen as women hit their 40’s-50’s….yaay lol. I’m dirty blonde so some of these wonderful hair additions cannot be taken care of by laser (booo!) so I needed something to stop my absent minded stroking of my blonde stubble while at the computer working (ick!). I had tried a razor, but it hurt and really did not get close enough. I saw this and basically read the reviews and did a Hail Mary and the whole why the heck not.All I can say is that I am VERY pleased with the results. No pain and close so my chin is almost like a baby’s bottom. Don’t know how long this little beast will last but with the price, would buy another if this one dies. After my shave I cleaned it out and used the brush that came with it. I am hoping my little friend with proper care will last at least a year.

It worked well for the first use! It was easy to set up and it worked flawlessly. It is a bit noisy but it was completely painless when shaving my upper lip. It’s been a few days now and the hair hasn’t grown back at all yet so it was effective. I’m not sure how long the product will last over time, but I feel as though it was worth the purchase.
