Great for Prime and Luna. Amazon ruins everything else
Nothing matches a Fire TV Cube and Luna Controller for consuming Amazon products. The Cube has a great picture and is easy to setup. Prime TV looks great. It delivers a great 4K picture and great sound. Luna Controller, like the Cube is easy to setup. It works well with Luna games. BTW, It is excellent playing Luna Games on the Cube. The picture is great and the games are very responsive. It would be nice to have more Gaming apps available in the store. (Boosteroid). Non Amazon products are not as great. The sheer amount of ads is staggering. YouTube is intolerable. I have YouTube on other devices and it runs fine. Other non Amazon products are also horrible on this device.

Good enough that I gave up my Chromecast after like 8 years
The OS/home screen is taking some getting adjusted to, but otherwise it’s a great set top box. There’s ports for a LAN cable, USB HDMI in (and out, if you need to record something I guess) and an audio passthrough of some sort. I ran a LAN drop behind my TV so I can bypass using WiFi. No buffering, no stuttering, no lag. It just works! Oh, as far as I can tell all your normal services are available over the box and it has a full web browser for whatever you want to…uh…browse. That said, the Luna games streaming works great–even over dodgy WiFi. You get free games every month with Prime Gaming (or you can subscribe to Luna for even more variety). But you can also import games from GOG and Epic so you can play your games on your time. Not everything is compatible with streaming, but I found an immense variety of games available once I logged in. The controller has a nice heft and responsive buttons. I haven’t played anything too intense, but so far everything has been absolutely fine.
