Learning Curve
This is an item that none of us want to need, but it’s a tool that can help assist us in maintaining some independence…and that’s important.I really like that it folds. There’s no way I’d be able to fit this into my bag otherwise. It’s a thoughtful design to assist with portability.This is not perfect, and it is no substitute for being able to wipe unassisted, but with a bit of practice, this’ll get the job done. Be patient with yourself.it doesn’t hold and grip quite like fingers, but it does alright for the price!

This does the trick; however, it does NOT come with a non see-through storage bag which is what I wanted it for when travelling!

Waste of money
I was very disappointed with this product. The handle does not lock in and Kees collapsing, toilet paper does not stay in place to do what it needs to. It was a waste of money for me. It also does not have the caring case it says comes with the product.

Practical and handy!!
This is a great toilet assist post surgery or anyone that has particular challenges in that regard. It folds and it has a pump device on the end for further help. It is sturdy when folded out and there is good control. Functions well as you need it to, very easy and handy. Easy to clean, silicone tip. Fits well in your hand for discreet and easy use.Practical tool for a necessary need.

Doesn’t Help Me
The folding design for travel is a disaster. It doesn’t lock securely when extended, so the handle starts to collapse slightly mid-wipe, which is incredibly frustrating and messes up the alignment. I cannot rely on it to maintain its full 15.6 inches of reach. When it’s folded down to only 8.3 inches, the paper securing end is exposed, and it seems impossible to keep clean. I don’t feel confident putting it into the storage bag and then into my luggage because the hygiene problems haven’t been solved at all.

Life saver when my back goes out
I needed something for those days when my back goes out, and this actually works once you learn the trick. It is fiddly at first, but after watching the short video I understood how to lock the paper in place. Once you do it correctly, it grips the paper securely and stays that way through use. It seems sturdy enough. It’s easy to use after watching the video. It washes off easily too.Releasing the paper is easy, you just need to hold the handle so it doesn’t fold while you press the release.I’m glad to have this on hand. Next time my back is out, I won’t have to struggle just to take care of basic needs. It’s not perfect, but it works, and it’s a lot better than trying to twist my spine.
