Definitely not for sensitive or normal feet!
Incredibly uncomfortable! Unless you have Rhino feet don’t buy this. I have sensitive feet and this hurt so much! There is one giant ball and once it hits your foot it shifts your entire foot so you can’t get a knot out with out pushing on it and you can’t put pressure on it or it shuts off. Heat works good but the rotating balls didn’t feel good or even painful good just hurt.

I got this foot massager for my dad, and it’s been a hit. He loves the shiatsu kneading and heat settings – says it really helps with his leg pain. Amazing massager!!
I’m on my feet a lot during the day, so this foot massager has been really helpful after work. It’s simple to use, has heat and a few different settings, and doesn’t feel overly complicated.The massage is strong enough to feel good but still relaxing. It also runs quietly, which is nice in the evenings. I use it almost every day and so far I’m really happy with it. Amazing value and functionality for money!

Good but could use a remote
Took a bit getting used to because at first I couldn’t stop laughing. (It tickles). Once you get over the ticklish feeling and find a good speed and pattern it is pretty relaxing and helps relieve heel pain. My only complaint is the buttons to change speed, direction, heat etc settings are in an inconvenient spot on the side of the device , requiring you to reach down and fumble with it or pick the device up and hold it in your hand to find the setting you want, but then it’s not on your feet so you don’t know if it’s right. I wish it came with a remote instead on the cord or even all together separate.
