Great product, great value
The cord length is perfect. The overall detentions are great and would fit many different sized laptops. It cools my laptop amazingly and doesn’t make too much noise. The only issue I’ve had is that the first setting for the angle broke, but I dropped it on a hard surface and my dog ran over it. I wish I was able to plug the cord into the back or other side of the cooling pad and I wish the pegs were a little more sturdy, but it’s amazing. For the price and otherwise, it’s a great product.

Quiet and Effective Cooling Pad
I’ve had this cooling pad for a couple months now and it does the job perfectly. It’s very quiet and keeps my MacBook nice and cool whether I’m editing/rendering videos or running music production software. The lighting looks great, and I like that it can be turned off if needed. Solid purchase!

I live in southern AZ—100-plus degrees in the summer. The product kept my AirBook cool. The product worked like a champ. Good price, and the tilt platform allows for maximum air flow.

If KLIM had a similar pad that would fit my Goliath of a laptop then I would happily be using it.Some brief thoughts about the pads (unbiased by the way KYOLLY has treated me):The more expensive 13-fan pad is inferior to the 6-fan. The 6-fan pad can toggle between running only the small fans, only the large fans, or all 6-fans. Within each option, you can fully adjust the speed of the fans. This allows you to choose how quiet the pad can be. The 13-fan pad does not offer these modes. Either all 13 fans are running or all 13 fans are off. Likewise, the 6-fan version features a pair of blue lights on each small fan while the 13-fan version has only 1 blue light per small fan which does not fully illuminate the blades. Also, the 13-fan version is much louder than the quiet 6-fan model.My 13-fan pad was noisier than the 6-fan when I first got it. But with every week it has become louder and louder. Now it’s louder than the internal fans in my laptop! The noise is so bad that I can no longer run the fans.If you’re considering either the 6-fan or 13-fan pad to cool the internals of your laptop then know that neither will work. My laptop has intake vents along the bottom in line with the top row of fans on the pad as well as heat dissipation vents along the top. I can see the blue fan lights looking through the top of the body of my laptop which is ideal for cooling with this pad. Yet even at max speed neither pad could push any air pushing through my laptop nor did the CPU or GPU temps drop a single degree. The fans on both models barely move any air and certainly not enough to benefit the internals of a laptop.The only redeeming features of these pads are their size and stability. Like all cooling pads in this price range, they are made from lightweight plastic. But the full base rather than just a border/frame results in a stable pad that can hold a heavy laptop. Also, this is the only pad I’ve found so far that will fit my absurdly large laptop.If you made it to the end then my recommendation is to not buy from a company like KYOLLY which offers no support and no warranty with their products. That should tell you something about the quality you can expect to receive. My experience with the growing noise levels after just 1 month of use is evidence of this. If you absolutely must purchase this pad then buy the 6-fan model and expect to use it only as a stand and not to cool your laptop.
