No ANC, fell out several times
I was very excited to use these in the gym, and had bought these largely in part due to the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) advertised in the description, but after trying them for the first time, I realized there was no Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) like that was mentioned in the description. I could not find any mention of noise cancelling in the product manual, and tapping the headphones four consecutive times (per the Amazon description) did nothing, after several attempts. Additionally, these fell out several times during my workout during basic exercises like seated leg extensions. In my opinion, these are no better than any cheap earbuds you can get at the store, and are not worth anywhere near the price they are advertised.

Comfortable and understatement
Great product! Sound quality is impeccable, and they really are very comfortable. The price isn’t bad for what you’re getting, extremely luxurious, high quality. Everything is functional and is as described.

Work fine, but how long will they last?
This is the 5th pair of wireless earbuds w/charging case I have bought over the last 5 years. These are no better or worse than the others, just more expensive. A Google search identified this item as being made in China so tariffs are the most likely explanation for the price increase and not quality of the product. Since most of these are made in China, they exist on Amazon for a limited amount of time. The reviews of these earbuds only go back about 2 1/2 months and I suspect they will disappear in the near future.The main problem I have had with these various earbuds is with the charging case. Eventually, one of the earbuds develops a connectivity problem with the case and even after using an electrical contact cleaner on them they continue to have a problem. After a while, one of the charging posts in the case breaks off rendering the earbuds useless, unless your okay with just one ear. The posts in this case does not appear to be any different from others and I suspect that they will have the same limited life. You probably couldn’t do any worse with a much cheaper pair.

Good sound and fit great, but unnoticeable ANC, and not worth the higher price
This is a nice headset. As other reviewers said it sounds very nice. Also, the earpieces really fit nicely on your ear. It is very nicely built.However, I don’t think the active noice cancellation is doing anything. There are 3 modes (the user manual doesn’t explain but the FAQ in the Amazon page does). ANC, Normal and Transparent. The transparent is supposed to allow you to hear your env, so I assume it means zero ANC. However, it feels like noice cancellation doesn’t work at all. In transparent mode the earphones start to make low frequency noice. I first thought, maybe after ANC, I am just noticing outside background noice. But I tried with my cheap and old headphone, and that is not the case.

Steer clear they suck
The audio is tinny, no depth to it and using them for phone calls is horrible. The caller can’t hardly understand what I am saying. Steer clear of these, they are not worth the money.

The sound quality of these are equivalent to two tin cans with a string between. There is no bass,and midrange is weak. I returned them with 24 hours of arrival. I definitely don’t recommend these for anyone under the age of 120

Update:While I am not changing my review, I do in all fairness want to acknowledge this seller. I find great value in a seller or business owner who pays attention to their customers.This seller contacted me immediately expressing concern for my dissatisfaction. That is rare, and awesome!Thank you.Look at me! The only non 5-star review. So many of them clumped so close together by date all saying almost the same thing. Hmmm.I agree with all the positives, these have great sound, stay on your ears and, well, just read the rest of the 5’s and you’ll see what I mean.Howeverm no one mentioned any difficulty in controlling the volume. In fairness maybe I need some time to adapt, and I will update this is if there’s a change, but for me it’s no fun. You have to press the left one for volume down, and the right for up and of that’s all there was to it? Well, no problem.But it’s not. I have to smush the bud deeper into my ear to adjut the volume, only to have it soar up or down in huge leaps. Will not be fun while driving. Plus the right one fails to respond more times than not.So 2- stars deducted for that and again, I will update if this changes, and return them if it does not.
