A great GoPro bundle to get you started!
I knew I wanted a GoPro 13 bundle and did a bunch of digging around. This is the one I ended up choosing. It had everything I needed. It had the camera, a case, a couple of batteries, adapters, and a handle. Everything in this helped me get started recording the videos I wanted to record. Everything was perfect. If you are looking for an Action camera, this bundle is where to start. The GoPro 13 has lots of upgraded features that make recording video easier if you are getting started (horizon leveling, etc). GoPro is easy to use and super intuitive for recording high-quality videos. And so far, so good. I have had no issues with image quality or sound.

Solid camera but overheats
Got the content creator edition for a cruise to alaska. Truly an worth it investment. It came in handy way before the cruise with every day videos and pictures when i was visiting with my son and vacationing in florida. He loved throwing it in the water and recording himself. Battery life is honestly solid depending on your settings.The one complaint is how it’ll overheat and stop recording. I use it to video/audio record phone calls for a custody case i’m in and it’ll stop recording without me even realizing it because it’s too warm.All in all though, i’m extremely happy with the purchase.

Great camera, quality is great. Only thing is the base battery isn’t that good, but starting out it will do. Could use some improvement on night filming, doesn’t adjust great. Overall a good camera

First time user initial impressions
This is my first action cam. I could not resist the Amazon deal. I have been looking for an action cam for a little while, mostly for recording certain drives in my truck and on my mountain bike. I am sure that everything that could be said has already been said.I will just say that I am enjoying the feature set on the Hero 13, without the benefit of having experience with any other action cam. The video quality is excellent, with great vibration stability and horizon hold functions. The touch screen and menu system are OK (some learning curves for settings and finding functions), and it seems very solid in the hand and mounted on a bike. [While it does not come with much more than an adhesive mount, there are lots of options for mounting almost anywhere — I purchased ball mounts for my bike and for an accessory platform on my truck dash]. I appreciate the voice command functions for ease of use and functionality. I have not spent much time with the app, so I will leave any comments about that to the future. For now, I am enjoying this new video making machine.

Camera films great. Just hoping for more hardware updates.
Good camera. Films good videos in right type of light. Low light filming is low. Processor could use a update to reduce battery consumption. When using video editing software with Mac OS or Windows. The encoder GO Pro chooses is not compatible. Hopefully Go Pro shares licensing with both so iMovie and clipchamp. So your not stuck waiting a hour to edit footage. When it could e directly compatible with either editing software. I also hope Go Pro fixes the low light filming capabilities by including a larger sensor to draw in more light or they could add infrared filming capabilities. Not sure it’s that easy. Battery door needs to be redesigned and should give the magnetic clip battery door stand on this device. Accessories are also way over priced. Good thing there are aftermarket available. Batteries are still decent long lasting. Yet it could be improved with a new processor.

Today I used the camera for the first time, and it looks great. However, there is one issue with the battery timing: during a 15-minute film, it drained half of the power and became too hot.
