I’m really impressed with this laptop! It’s fast, responsive, and handles multitasking like a pro. Whether I’m working, streaming, or browsing, everything runs smoothly with no lag. The screen is bright and clear, making videos and photos look amazing, and the keyboard is super comfortable for long typing sessions.

No longer working less than a year!
I ordered this laptop Dec 2024 for my son for Christmas! After a few months my son was telling me that the computer was lagging or just running slow whenever he was on it. He also mentioned it would black out and turn off. I did reach out about the quality of the laptop but it was just to figure out the problem like trouble shoot. I wish I would have just returned it before the return window closed. The piece that’s missing between the opening and closing of the laptop popped off and my son just never put it back on so now it’s lost. The laptop just wont turn back on at all now. After it working again a month ago. Now I’m tryna figure out if I should get it looked at for a possible fix or just recycle or donate.

While setting up the laptop I noticed that there were two scratches on the laptop in total, one being more of a scratch than the other. Hardly noticeable, although overall it looked brand new. I have no real complaints as of yet while using it. It’s what I expected, I knew it is not a computer meant for gaming but more for getting some work done. I can easily open 12 tabs, have a youtube vid running and open a word document but it is not going to run Minecraft on the lowest settings, I mean it can but its unplayable in my opinion.The computer does not come with windows 11 installed, I felt lied too when I got it and saw it running windows 10 In S mode out of the box since the description, title and specs clearly say and show windows 11. (running “S mode” just means running safe mode) It comes with a card in the box telling you how to disable it, but one disabled it can not be re-enabled. The photos even show windows 11. But not to worry, I simply installed windows 11 on my own after a days worth of updates. A quick google search and one youtube vid can help install it.It does not have an ethernet port. But I got an ethernet to USB adaptor to make pages load faster.The camera? It has one! It works, it will get the job done.No issues with any ports or the charging cable, no issues with the mouse pad. Everything feels brand new.In conclusion, this is a decent laptop at its price for getting work done. So if you need a computer to write an essay for school or need to hop in a zoom call then this can work just as good as your phone. Personally I plan to learn and practice learning some programming languages on it from youtube and such. You even have that “Guarantee by Amazon” where you can return it in 90 days or get support.

Lasted less than 1 month of little use.
I got this laptop for some minor projects with editing vocals. I would say I got maybe 30 hours out of if it over the course of less than 1 month. In the middle of an editing project the laptop screen went black. The whole laptop shut off and has not turned on since. The light blinks then goes dark again.Update – they pushed back tha ship date a few times. After 23 days of waiting and being told “it’s on it’s way” or “you’ll receive it within 72 hours” I receive an email telling me they don’t have this item available any more.This has caused me to lose work. It has cost me time and money.I will never buy from this seller again and will be looking for a laptop somewhere other than Amazon. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!Update:I returned the laptop for a replacement. The pushed back the ship date 3 times. After waiting a month for the replacement, I was told they could not fulfill the order. More time and jobs lost waiting on a laptop that never came.
