Great product
Thank you, oh my goodness! I’m so happy with this laptop! It’s perfect for working or studying anywhere. Its performance is fast for everyday tasks like browsing the web, making video calls, and working on the computer. It comes with Windows 11 S mode, and if you don’t like it, you can ask customer service how to switch out of “S” mode. They provide detailed instructions, which is very thoughtful. The screen is sharp and the keyboard is comfortable, making typing a breeze. I can use it for long periods of time, even when writing papers, without getting tired. It’s really helpful for my daughter’s studies. She loves it. This laptop comes in a variety of colors, and I think my daughter might prefer purple, but I saw a recommendation for silver, so I regret not choosing purple.

Great product
This is an excellent gift that my sister absolutely loves. As a present, it boasts a sleek, lightweight design that’s both stylish and durable, with outstanding performance.Equipped with 16GB of RAM and an external SD card slot, it’s perfectly sufficient for my sister’s light usage-primarily watching videos most of the time. She isn’t fond of oversized devices, and frankly, no one wants to struggle to squeeze a bulky laptop into their backpack. Plus, it comes with a complimentary year of Office 365. The value for money is exceptional.

defective fan
I received and charged it up. Turned it on got my wifi connected and the laptop began the updates. When updates were done it shut off. I started it back up and began looking to see what software it had and setting up stuff. Then a message popped up in a box on the screen that the fan was not working and I was not able to complete reading the message before it shut down again. So I waited for a while and started it up again hoping to be able to finish reading the message. In the message it said not to use the computer or it could be damaged. So I called Amazon and they told to call HP. I am NOT at all happy that they sold a defective product and I didn’t even have it 10 hrs. And now it is my problem to solve.

Serviceable
UPDATE: I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks now and I’ve adapted to it, so it’s been ok. There are still a few things that are weird to me, but they haven’t been deal breakers. The charger works fine as well.Ok, the bad news first. I’ve been using a 15.6in screen Asus for the past few years, so maybe I’m spoiled and biased, but my initial reaction to this laptop is that the materials are cheap feeling and plastic rather than the sturdier material I’m used to. I think the keys are also slightly taller which I’m not a fan of. It makes me rotate my wrists up and doesn’t feel as comfortable. I’m also a bit concerned about the power because the charger seems to shimmy out of the port easily and might interupt the charging of the laptop. I hope not. The start-up did take a few minutes, so if you’re in a rush when you first get this, don’t start the process until you have 20 minutes or so for setup. That being said, the speaker is very impressive to me. It’s a very sharp, clear sound. Other than that, it seems to be a pretty basic usable laptop.

Perfect Budget Laptop for Students and Light Work!
I’ve been using this HP 14″ laptop for a few weeks now, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly machine. The setup was super easy, and it came with everything I needed to get started—Windows 11 S mode and even a full year of Office 365, which is a great bonus for students or anyone who needs to work on Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Performance-wise, it handles all my daily tasks with no issues. The Intel N4120 processor, combined with 16GB RAM, makes multitasking smooth, even when I have multiple tabs open for research, YouTube playing in the background, and Word running simultaneously. The 128GB eMMC + 256GB SD card combo gives me enough storage for documents, school projects, and videos. Battery life has been solid, and the fast charging is a lifesaver when I need a quick top-up. I also appreciate the number of ports, especially the USB-C and HDMI, which give me more flexibility for accessories. Overall, this is an ideal laptop for students, casual users, or anyone who needs a reliable, lightweight machine for basic computing tasks. It’s a great value for the price!

I bought my daughter an HP laptop as a back-to-school gift. It’s a great value, attractive in appearance, and features an N4120 processor with 16GB of RAM, offering stable performance. It’s perfectly adequate for homework, research, and online classes. It’s a great value for her as a learning computer, and the slim, lightweight design makes it easy for her to carry to school or the library.
