Fast, light and perfect for everyday life
I bought this HP laptop and I’m delighted with the quality. It is fast to work, navigate and study, the processor works very well and does not crash. The screen looks clear and the keyboard is comfortable to write for hours. In addition, the design is modern and lightweight, easy to take anywhere.

Useless Blue Screen of Death Computer
Mine crashed and gave blue screens of death often and is unusable.I wasted time trying to solve the problem myself, using all the onboard tools including software updates.While trying my best to fix it, I passed the return date of June 29th. Today is July 3rd.Now I have a useless computer and am out my money.Further, it would be foolish to pay more money to have it fixed because I would then have spent the price of a NEW computer!My advice, if you buy a “renewed” computer, keep close track of the return date.And if you have trouble with the computer before that date, don’t fool around, send it back ASAP for a refund.

Crashing
Crashed several time with blue screenI use it mainly to study and with Chrome it should not be a lot of load so I don’t know why it keeps crashingOtherwise it’s cheap and affordable, a bit slow but it does what it’s intended for.

Great Entry Level for the Price
So far, I’m loving it! For my simple purposes it’s great. Easy set up and everything works, however it does not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Not for gaming or complex biz needs.Now that I’ve had it a little while, I’ve noticed a couple of things: The keys are not backlit and the screen colors are off. That would be a deal breaker except that I’ve got it plugged into my big flat screen (HDMI) where the colors are far more brilliant and true.

The laptop turns off by itself and the blue screen appears, it doesn’t work and won’t stay on for more than 2 minutes.
