Very affordable. Setting up was very easy. The dimensions are great. No hassle when traveling with it .

Constant error messages and restarting.
This should be a great computer but it would not stay on, constantly getting an error message and having to restart. When I was able to actually use it the speed was just not there. My 10 year old i7 is so much faster than this one. I did like the touch screen as it was very responsive but unfortunately, I’ll be returning.

I was really excited to get this laptop, but I kept getting a fanerror message that the fan wasn’t working and it was overheating. I followed the instructions on the HP website, but it didn’t change.The seller otherwise a return and I really appreciate that.

Freezes Constantly And Is Not Reliable
For the amount of storage and RAM, this computer has not been running smoothly for me. During basic tasks, such as using the search bar on the internet, it completely freezes and often requires me to completely exit out (utilizing task manager). It has been my worst performing computer I have ever owned – coming from a HP laptop lover. I’m beyond disappointed in this purchase as I expected a smooth operating system for the price. ALSO: Literally as I was writting this review, the computer froze AGAIN and required me to stop, reboot and come back to rewrite this review a second time. I’m very upset I spent money on this laptop and that I spent such significant time setting it up. At this point, I’m stuck with it and I’m very frustrated as someone who needed a reliable computer for work and college.

Keys are not backlit so are very difficult to read. Gray on gray. We had to return it.
