I don’t recomend to buy this item
Batery dies if no used in 3 to 4 weks. Batery is no good and the screen turn Black shadow. I reported inmediatle to Amazon, te seler and hp. No body take care this isue. I dont’t recomend to buy this lap top. From Amazon or the seler.

I was really excited to get this laptop, but I kept getting a fanerror message that the fan wasn’t working and it was overheating. I followed the instructions on the HP website, but it didn’t change.The seller otherwise a return and I really appreciate that.

Problems with MS Office
Ugh, can’t get the free and supposedly already installed Microsoft Office to work and accept the license. And. there is no one to call. No phone number. I’m supposed to contact HP through “Amazon Messages”., wherever that is. Double ugh…I should also add that this sale could be considered fraud. How can this be a new laptop if the seller opened the laptop and changed the hardware configuration (added RAM, etc). Even if you don’t consider this fraud, HP voids the warranty on this unit due to this modification. What a disappointment!!!!

Great Size abd Price
I just lost my 17 inch HO laptop on the bus. Got this one to replace it but was a little flustered and got the 15.3 inch. Both great. The smaller one fits better on my desk…take up less room. The bigger one has more screen or course. Either works great.I’ve tried other manufacturers. All problems. I’m sticking with HP now.
