Greg, The EXACT same thing happened with the laptop I purchased from them…”Started having issues after five months. HP would not honor the warranty because of upgrades done by IST. IST and Amazon have completely ghosted me with a resolution.” Mine stopped working after two months. I had chatted with customer service and was later told they had no record of any chats, even though I have the names of three different people I interacted with…Deepak, Landon, and Mikel. I did not give up. At one point I was told they would replace it but I had already purchased a different laptop from Best Buy because my kid needed it for college. I was then told by Amazon, who called the seller, that I would receive a refund. I have not received that refund. Yesterday I received a message saying they are updating the laptop and returning it to me. I do not want or need this laptop from them because I do not trust the functionality of it. I just want them to make good on their word that they would issue the refund. I am very disappointed with this purchase and will never buy from this seller again.

The HP Laptop is working perfectly with all the specifications requested. But the only things are queer is the HP Box came with another’s specifications that is not the same one of the Laptop. The vendor puts labels above the specifications of the box. Is like the box does not match with the Laptop specs.
