Great laptop for personal use
This is a really nice laptop. So glad I ordered it. I did buy an adaptor to view chips from cameras hidden in the woods.Great value for this laptop.

Works well except for a charging quirk.
Nice big screen and performs well. Strange thing though, only charges when computer turned off. That’s why 4 stars. At first I thought the battery or charger was bad as it wasn’t charging. Then I turned t off and it charged from 20% to 83%. Then to 100%. My brother is getting it as a gift and uses it mainly plugged in so not a big issue. Otherwise it works fine.Edit: I decided to get a replacement for the charger as it was not expensive and the battery tests normal. I got https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BLSCPZMV?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title — and it works great, it even plugs in better. The original charger is faulty.

I have always desired an HP with a backlight keyboard. The packaging on arrival was well put together. All the accessories were intact. I have not started to use it, but I do not doubt that it will meet expectations. The Lifetime Office 365 is an additional incentive
