Great Laptop
laptop is a beautiful machine. the configuration i purchased has a larger hard drive and memory so it is a bit costlier but i believe it is a good value and those are features i was looking for in a laptop. i purchased the MSoffice software separately but i haven’t installed it yet. The screen is beautiful, and HD, which i appreciate as a senior citizen, but I don’t understand why HP doesn’t install a HD camera as standard when they are so common in our phones and other devices.t

Nice black Friday sale, delivered on time, easy set up and able to transfer of old data to new computer easily. Like the large screen and keyboard. Large RAM and hard drive will make it last and function fast. Happy with purchase.

Got influenced by the 4.7 rating and the Sold by HP brand. Purchased this laptop on Nov 28 2025 while I was there for a business trip at Sunnyvale. It is misleading claim by Oydisen computer WOW PC. After 2 days of booking realized that the configuration is too good to be true at the price-point being offered. Returned on Dec 2 2025 dropped off at UPS Store El-Camino Real Sunnyvale paying 3.9 USD packing fees. It has been 12 days since the return was confirmed on Dec 8 2025, no updates on refund. Regret my purchase decision. 877 USD stuck with Amazon since Nov 28 2025.
