Excellent value for a big screen laptop
I spent quite some time comparing different laptops before deciding on this one, and it turned out to be the right choice. The Ryzen 5 processor performs just as well as intel chips in the same price range, and it handles multiple programs smoothly without any lag. The memory and SSD are spacious enough. So I never have to worry about storage. I used to have a 14inch laptop and the small screen was really inconvenient. After switching to this hp 17, I can clearly fell the boost in productivity. I mainly use it for office work and video streaming the display quality is excellent and it does not strain my eyes even after long hours. The sound is clear. The internet connection is stable, and the keyboard feels great to type on. The AI copilot feature is a nice surprise it can automatically organize notes and creat summaries which is actually pretty handy. Overall, it is powerful, spacious well equipped, and fairly priced. Perfect for anyone who needs a big screen for multitasking or productivity.

Happy woth the purchase
Don’t see any reviews for the 32gb RAM version. Figured I’d share my initial thoughts. For the price seems a very capable and high performing laptop. I like the screen, keyboard is crisp and have run a few games to test it’s ability. I enjoy it and am happy with the product and features. Would recommend for anyone looking to runs a CPU intensive focused laptop for a good price. The added red dragon keyboard is very nice for an add on.

Don’t buy this product or from this seller!
Don’t buy this computer! We had it for only a week when the main screen started constantly flashing, locking you out of everything! I tried all recommendations that I could find online using my other laptop to fix the problem, but nothing worked, HP troubleshooting web site was a waste of time. Finally, I figured out how to wipe out the entire system and start over by resetting the factory setting and after doing this three times, no results. I call HP help desk, and the lady assured me that if I take the computer to Best Buy they will repair or replace it under warranty, Guess what? They wouldn’t, in fact they wanted to charge me $300 to fix it. Fortunately, the young man at Best Buy felt pity on me and suggested that I return the laptop because it has software issues. It gets better! This seller will only refund my money after 82 days after receiving the laptop! What a joke and what terrible customer service! I was willing to exchange the laptop for another HP unit but now I’m going to purchase another brand and defiantly from another seller.

Buyer Beware
Buyer beware. I could not boot the laptop and the laptop would not complete the set up. I called HP and was informed the seller exchanged the RAM and Terabyte storage with non HP hardware. This caused the incomplete set up. How does Amazon allow the 3rd partt seller to misrepresent an HP laptop with NON HP hardware. Unforgivable.
