Great Deal and Great Computer
I love this computer, the price and all of the useful accessories that came with it. It is fast and so easy to use. I was very impressed with this package. The computer was easy to set up and get running. I also love the touch screen and the keyboard. Normally, I don’t like the laptop keyboards but this one is great.

Storage and RAM speed
Great computer. Plenty of storage, especially with the new xtra hard drive. Fast processor so you can get several things done at once. Definitely buy this item for your home and business needs.

New laptop
I am going to break this down into two separate areas. First the laptop. Quality, I use the exact same one at work so I knew what I was getting and that is why I gave 5 stars. Ease of setup, it took less than 3 hours to go from opening the lid till I had all my apps installed. Battery life, at least it doesn’t do the drain in less than half an hour like the ones at work. But hey at least you are getting a brand new laptop out of this dealNow to the bad. Most of the items that came with the “kit” are cheap. Mouse is useless, the SSD is from an unknown manufacturer so that will never be used because I take value in quality products. The hub is about the only thing that will be used.

Great Value for School Use
The laptop came with all the accessories listed, and even included Microsoft, which made it an excellent deal. It’s a great find for school or everyday tasks. The color resolution isn’t the best, but it’s still usable and doesn’t affect general use. The touchscreen works well, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase for the pice

To be fair, I am reviewing the 2025 Business 15.6″ HD Touch Laptop, 6-Core Intel i3 Processor, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD. It is not what I ordered TWICE but it is what I received TWICE instead of the 1.5 TB. Amazon made it right and I am very happy with it. Who needs that extra 1/2 TB, right? The touch screen is awesome and 32 GB RAM is great and it is very very functional and easily set up and working well. It looks sleek and beautiful and weighs less than my iPad so I am sold! The rechargeable low-profile mouse is new to me but I expect it to be much better for my hand.

BUYER BEWARE
DO NOT PURCHASE. It is not supported by HP warranty. I purchased in May and have several issues already. I’ve not downloaded anything to it other than Google Chrome, hense the external drive for storage that came with it. I’ve called HP support and was denied any warranty help even though its “still under warranty” per manufacturer. It has bios issues, Ram issues, and shuts off for no reason. I called HP for help, and they will not warranty or help due to it not being purchased through them and because the seller modified the Ram. I bought for work and wasted roughly 700.00. Super Disappointed.

Love the laptop, however it was advertised as lifetime MS OFFICE..PC not set up that way. I hsve tried all their suggestions on how to activate nothing working. I will purchase MS Office myself. The software should h a be already been activated or at least written instructions on how to do it.
