It’s a good, fast, little computer
I am pleased with my purchase of this 12 gb RAM and 512 SSD computer. I am very pleased that it has the Microsoft Office Lifetime installed on it. I did get a few pop ups requesting that Microsoft 465 was about to expire and needed to be extended. I just clicked “no thanks” and they stopped. My previous HP’s wi-fi quit after the 4-12-25 Windows 11 update. It couldn’t be rolled back. I also couldn’t use an external wi-fi. I took it to several repair shops and they couldn’t fix it either. So, I had no choice but to buy another computer. I loved my HP 17″ with a backlit keyboard, and 16 gb RAM and 2 TB storage. This one is smaller and doesn’t have a backlit keyboard which I really wish I miss. I purchased a 2 TB flash drive and was able to transfer all my data and apps over, which I am very happy about. I’ve had to shrink my Excel spreadsheets to 90% to fit the smaller screen, but that’s minor. It has a super fast start up (takes about 19 seconds) and is fast on shutting down. It’s lightweight. I am glad this one has a Touchscreen, that is the same as I’ve been using for many years on my previous laptop. When I watch a series on a streaming app, the battery life goes down fast. I’m disappointed with the battery. I watched 3 x 40 minute Paramount+ series in a row, and the battery dropped from 100% to 30%. But, when working on my Excel reports it didn’t drop that fast. All in all, I am happy with the performance and price.

Its ok for the money.
I’ve used it for 6 months now. It does fine. It seems to be cheaply made of light-weight plastic. Id like to see the keys m9re durable abd darking letters/numbers. The built in mouse seems weak. Doesnt always work as it should.

Very very slow and get hang alot after few days.
