Perfect right out of the box! Easy to setup and get going. I’m a little bit older now and technically challenged so to speak, but this computer just walked me through everything and I was so impressed. Very lightweight and I love it!

A good laptop, with a few areas that need improvement (a solid 4 stars)
A good laptop. Just a few areas that could use some improvement… one, the trackpad is annoying – it either decides to move on its own while I’m typing (SO annoying), or it refuses to grab a section or line I’m trying to move or edit. I’ve played around with the sensitivity but no luck. Two, the keyboard doesn’t light up when used, like my last one. Even though I can type well without looking, the illuminated keyboard was super helpful as I work late into the evenings and sometimes I find myself working in the dark. Also, too many popups, ads, suggestions for add-ons (McAfee, Copilot, etc.) that I don’t want or need. Otherwise, it was super easy to set up and the performance has been good.

battery life?
A fully charged battery lasts ~ 2.5 hours of basically listening to the radio via the computer and checking emails.The .5TB extra storage has to be requested after you receive the laptop, it doesn’t come with it. Maybe some people don’t bother, so they save a little money?It’s smaller than my last laptop, so that’s taking some getting used to, but I knew that when purchasing.Overall, it’s not bad, but don’t think you’re going to be able to take it out all day without taking the charger too.
