I was so happy to catch a black Friday sale with this laptop. I was scared to purchase a refurbished computer I couldn’t afford a new one, after long days of reading laptop reviews something kept drawing me back to this one. I’m so happy it did. I’m in love with my laptop it has worked perfectly since day one I don’t have one complaint!! Well maybe one which was shipping I didn’t get my prime delivery it took several weeks which was disappointing but totally worth the wait. I did purchase a brand-new laptop while waiting on this, I’ll just say it was a complete nightmare and waste of time. Returned 2 days after receiving. This will be my new go too laptop!! Wat to go Amazon for the affordable price and excellent product!!

Screen just went black in less then 24 hours
Well that didnt take long to become a brick. Took me 4hrs to get it running and transfer all my things (par for the corse now a days) used it today in a meeting for 10-15 minutes. Left the meeting now im looking at a black screen. Thats it. power button does nothing or the screen is shot. Im not sending it back i have some sensitive info on it that i didnt get a chance to secure. For it to end up who know where

It’s beautiful, but I already have a problem. The battery percent hasn’t gone down for several hours and I’m worried the battery isn’t being read correctly. It also doesn’t state how much time is left ton the battery. We’ll see. Well, so far I’m not impressed. Just the basic task for watching YouTube is giving problems, lag, stutters… Becoming more disappointed by the hour
