Not only do these feel nice and comfortable to wear, but the sound quality and noise canceling puts these over the top! Durable too!!

Gorgeous sound, but the headband was too small
The sound quality of this headset was FAR superior to the sound quality from my old low-end headset. It was magical! I had no idea that my songs could sound so good. I wanted to keep this headset forever.But I had to return it. I couldn’t tolerate wearing the headset for more than five minutes at a time. The headband created an unbearable pressure point at the top of my skull. I needed a greater clearance, but the earpieces would only extend about an inch on either side. I needed at least another half inch, and the result was pure pain.In spite of this, I did attempt to make a voice call. But the microphone output was too quiet for my listener to hear. I had to crank up the volume, and that lead to terrible static, which was worse than the low volume. So I abandoned the new headset and returned to my old low-end pair.I now suspect that the microphone would have worked better if I had positioned it close to my jawline. Instead, I positioned the microphone at some distance in front of my mouth–which I now believe was a terrible mistake.I would have liked to have done more experimenting, but I was unable to: I couldn’t bear the pressure on the top of my skull, and my listener could not hear me, so I was all too glad to rip them off. The pressure-pain lingered for about a half an hour after I removed them.If the pressure point had not been such an issue, these could have been a very nice headset. The audio output was gorgeous. I very much hope that they’ll work out better for someone with a more-appropriate head size.

Very nice gaming headset
Extremely comfortable headphones for gaming, especially long therm. They fit nicely around your ears and they don’t press into your ears or head. Sound quality is good and the Mic is good for others.

Solid products but the support could be better.
The item is fine. Unfortunately I made a mistake purchasing this because I assumed I was getting a headset for the PC, this is actually a headset that connects via wire into an Xbox controller. I can still use it and works great and as long as you’re not ripping it out of its socket it will last you a long time. It sounds great too. Great noise canceling as always. Always comfortable except in summer months, you’ll need air conditioning or some kind of cooling in your room in order to keep your ears from sweating. It’s probably a good idea to clean the ear cups every so often to avoid sores and acne and pimples, especially in hot climates. Sometimes attracts spiders. I’m pretty sure they have some sort of cover for these things that keeps spiders out. Hey as long as they’re not phone spiders and they catch bugs and leave me alone I don’t care. Great product. Customer service is room temperature at best. I actually tried to ordering this directly through their website to get the bigger discount and their support was not really that helpful, and that was just to make a purchase, and not after the fact.

Sound quality not good, although mic quality is very good.My ears get really sore after about an hour and I have to stop using them for a few hours for the pain to go away.
