Everything came exactly as listed, and the quality is way better than I expected for the price.The MOLLE pouch is sturdy, compact, and easy to mount on a bag or in a vehicle. The zippers feel solid and there’s plenty of room to reorganize things the way you want. The included American flag patch is a nice touch.Inside, the kit is loaded. It includes two Israeli-style emergency bandages, tourniquet, chest seal, NPA airway, trauma pad, hemostatic gauze, shears, elastic bandages, triangular bandage, assorted bandages, and even splints and CPR mask. Nothing feels cheap, and everything came sealed and clean.What I like most is that this isn’t just a “fluff” kit filled with band-aids—it’s a real trauma kit with the right components for actual emergencies. I drive over snowy mountains daily for work and wanted something more substantial than the first aid kit that came with my car.This is compact whilst holding a whole lot of things. Firstly, the bag is of very good quality and the Mollie system is compatible with my One Tigris gear. The handles are a good grab and go length and the strap easily attaches to my cars head rests so I know where it is.The stuff inside is plentiful. I have not unwrapped the shrink wrapped things but what I have undone has been good quality and looks like it would do a good job. Everything fits into the bag in an organized way. I’m hoping to never have to use this but I am happy to have it with me.

Nicely compacted kit for on the good. Love the bag. It could use a bit more first aid supplies but overall good. I can definitely use the bag to store what I need for first aid.

Everything you want in a trauma kit weather you’re in EMT or in the military. You got bandages, gauzes, emergency casting, a breathing tube and an emergency blanket. This is pretty cool. Im planning on having this during my training sessions I conduct with the youth

DONT BUY!!! Not as advertised. Size of a small purse and extremely limited emergency first aid kit. Portrayed as a back pack and is the size of 2 sixteen ounce bottles.

Arrived as expected, appears to be what was shown online. Time will tell if it is any good, we have not had a first aid incident in the day we’ve had it.
